Before this was not a PG it is a rooms for Bachelors. That time price is also reasonable with 6k here i stayed 1 year 4 months. Now someone taken this building for lease. He came and increased the rents too high. And also we cannot stay more than 2 members in that rooms. Now because of money he is asking to stay with 4 members in a room with 12k without food. If 1 person also he is asking 12k per month. If we go and ask anything he said directly to vacant the room. I suggest everyone please don't go to this PG now.

It's directly above above a bar. The PG is in the 2nd floor. When I entered the building, I walked past a few drunk people. I just went in to enquire inside. The ground floor and 1st floor is dark and dingy. Of course the 2nd floor is bright and "No smoking and No drinking" signs were put up in that floor. The PG looks new. But no food is provided. Only accomodation. Although the PG is new and affordably priced, the overall atmosphere feels off.
