Had a really bad experience here. They don’t show you rooms even though there are plenty of enough rooms. They just put me in a room with a girl who’s studying when i had initially asked for a working roommate. And this led to a bad experience staying with this girl as she troubled me with different things. The caretakers and owners don't bother to solve your problem. All they care about is if they’ve gotten their rent money. I had to sleep outside my room for days and later the owner blames me for everything. The food is decent here. The rooms are tiny, with a little window. Gets claustrophobic sometimes. Even though theres no smoking allowed in this pg, girls smoke inside rooms and the owner doesn’t say a word. When they showed me other room, the girl staying in that room mentioned that I can’t wear sliders in room and even in washroom and that’s the rule of the room, to which the caretaker says that it’s my problem, not theirs. Girls make their own rules in this pg and the owner doesn’t find it necessary to intervene. Every pg has some basic guidelines in place, which this one doesn’t have. The PG is nice, though a little expensive, location is perfect, food is good, chicken served 3 times a week, really really good, 3 stars because the cook was very rude to me for no reason. The place and the owner are top notch but yes a little expensive

Rooms: are very well maintained and they do House keeping almost everyday but it's a bit congested and the wardrobe size per person is very small. So 4/5 for that. Food: The ambience is wonderful. Just like a terrace restaurant with landscaping done. And the food is just as they promise - it really is homely and nice. So 5/5 for that! Service: The manager and other staff are very friendly and would immediately try and solve our issues. So, 5/5 for that. Security: The place is safe and secure. They have CCTVs on each floor and on streets near both the entrances. Also, they do not have strict timings like hostels. So, 5/5 for that. Infrastructure: They do have gym, washing area, eating/tv area, study room, 2wheeler parking etc. Over all, it's a nice experience staying in the pg and the location and food are the main highlights. Yes it sure is expensive compared to other PGs but it's totally worth the price.

Nice stay with all the amenities. Along with a fridge and microwave in each room, you have a small balcony to dry your clothes or simply enjoy the view. The food is good with lunchbox options. Even though the rent is slightly overpriced, considering the vast amenities, it seems reasonable.
