I had a disappointing stay here mainly bcoz of the room quality. I was given a room in 3rd floor (may be the rooms in 2nd floor were better) which never looked closer to the photos they have provided online. Don't fooled with their pics. In my observation, the management is much interested to run the bar than the hotel. Inspite, family events were happening in their hall. My room had the following issues: - Restrooms were untidy with no maintenance. - Broken glass windows and switch boards in restroom. - Uncleaned pillows and bedsheets. - AC was not functioning efficiently and also the fan functioned only mild even in maximum speed. - There was a bar and restaurant separately. But the restaurant was crowded all the time with young people dining in groups and the management doesn't bother about single traveler like me. - Lift works but stinks during the morning times bcoz of the drunken people from bar using the lift. - Last but not the least is the complementary breakfast. Just one dosa and coffee.. Seriously!? Infact I paid for the additional dosa I had. WTF - In addition, they have an issue with OYO and suggested not to make online payment in future (like I'm going to book here a

Before booking this, think twice. Its gonna be one of the worst decision in your life. The point before entering the hotel itself you can feel the bad vibe of this place. The bar down the hotel supplies drunk people to the courtyard. Then the staffs are not as friendly. They wont even open the door for you. Fill the register with your details. Get the key and leave to room through the dirty lift, which have puke stains all over it. The rooms are not as clean. Ac was working. There's no sign of hotwater in this bathroom. Coming as a couple or family is a big no. If you are bunch of friends just want to drink and enjoy the night, this is the best place.

Can't give a single star rating. bad customer service. Rooms didnt have heaters. Cannot recommend for families. Non hygienic lift. There was liquor on the floor of lift . Over-all a nightmares.. didnt provide towel or atleast a bottle of water. And they charge 25 for 1 ltr bottle. But store just outside the hotel charge 20 rs for 1 ltr.

Worst hotel to stay. They charged upfront and asked me to cancel Oyo booking which I had already done online and instead made me to book offline. After checking in started their borewell drilling at around 11 in the night which was already planned. Infact they should have not allowed booking while they had their drilling plans but it's all about money , who cares. I had to vacate in the middle of the night with family as it was impossible to sleep with all that noise right next to the window. The customer service is useless, they had no basic courtesy to apologise. I will never ever book into this hotel again.

Booked rooms in this property through the number available in Google Map (OYO customer care). My booking was confirmed for 1st May 2022. Spoke to the customer care person that I will be checking in at around 12 :30 am. After traveling all the way from Bangalore with family which included a 6 month old baby, the property manager tells me that there is no booking as such. The Property has been full for the last 2 days. OYO is totally not trustworthy. Please avoid booking OYO rooms - if left with no choice, confirm with the property manager directly.

The Andhra hous in this building is very worst. Utensils are not clean. The guntur chicken dry is like chicken gravy, and they told us that it is dry. Moreover, on soft drinks, they are charging more than MRP. Please don't go to Andhra house in this building. P.S: Not a correct place to go with family for dining

They have been listed in OYO as couple friendly, but deny you entry after reaching the place. They are very discriminating regarding this. I hope OYO takes note of such scammers. If they list themselves as couple friendly, they shouldn't be choosy as to whom they will admit. Imagine travelling all the way and reaching the place, only to be denied entry! Ridiculous. Contacting OYO didn't help either. They couldn't help even after putting us on hold for a long time.

The Person called Vinil(cashier)in your hotel should be sent to hotel management school, coz he really do not have any basic sense that how to talk to the customer, he is really disgusting. I really hate this kind of hospitality ....never feel to revisit if I find such kind of ppl again

Staff attend cash he does not even know how to handle a customer who regularly comes there 🙄 so much if attitude arrogance to this guy at cash counter like he owns it. He is miss behaved with a frind of mine and humiliated him so bad he wouldn't go anymore there highly recommended do not enter garuda anymore its not a happening place

If you're planning to book rooms here, book a backup somewhere else. Then cancel this booking and go stay at the backup since they're gonna overbook and cancel your booking anyway.
