During my visit to Hotel Nagarjuna, I've been several times, but now I was quite disappointed with the overall experience, particularly in terms of food quality. The non-vegetarian dishes fell well below expectations, both in taste and preparation. The flavors seemed lacking, with the meat being tough and bland. Even more concerning were the starters, which were overly spicy and dominated the natural taste of the ingredients, making it hard to enjoy them. The spice levels seemed to be an attempt to mask the poor quality of the dishes. The rotis also did not live up to the mark. They were either overcooked or undercooked, resulting in a chewy texture that was far from enjoyable. On the positive side, the juices were refreshing and well-prepared, which was a welcome relief after the underwhelming meal. Service, unfortunately, was another letdown. The staff appeared inattentive and uncoordinated, which affected the overall dining experience. The wait time for orders was longer than expected, and the staff seemed to lack professionalism in their approach to customers. Horrible service in the hotel. The butter naans ordered came after 40 mins and that too they looked like some portion was peeled off. Looks like they messed up the preparation in the kitchen. And the paneer fried rice ordered came after 50 mins and we felt that it wasn't fresh. Before we could inform them, they only came to us with a fresh plate of fried rice stating that what they served us before was prepared some time back for some delivery but that couldn't be delivered. How can they mess up like this and serve stale food? Just for 1 curry, 1 fried rice and 2 butter naans, we waited 50 mins and that too was served stale food. Noone had any responsibility and the staff was just relaxing without following up what was happening inside the kitchen. Horrible experience and never going back

If you are vegetarian pl avoid other wise they spoil trust, Our Family full vegetarian and we ordered zeera rice but they give mutten rice . Staff are very irresponsible, manger don't know how they behave to customers Washrooms are not clean. Ambience is worst. It's not original nagarjuna hotel. Don't fool by its name. Highly recommend to avoid this hotel other you waste your time ,money and religion

Worst !! I had ordered paneer butter masala. It tasted worst and I found a finger nail and felt awkward. Where are your hygiene standards while cooking the food ? They use palm oil for cooking which get condensed over cooling. There were very pieces of paneer, it was full of onion and capsicum. I don't recommend this unhygienic and dirty restaurant to anyone.

Extremely bad hotel with rude staff and unclean rooms. The staff is unaware even about the check in and check out times. The reception desk is one of the rudest I have seen, had no replies, no services provided and they made us wait more than half an hour to even give the bill. There's no hot water in the rooms, no kettle provided or even a bucket or a clean sheets. The ACs don't work and there are cockroaches on the floor. Please avoid even if it the last option in this area. The lady below was rude when we asked for a bill as if she was doing us a favour. We had to fight and get a bill.
