Food is fine, cook is good. Lunch, dinner contains freshly prepared butter milk. Lunch mostly contains rice-dal. Overall breakfast, dinner menu is eatable compared to other PGs I explored. Caretaker daily swipes/cleans rooms & common places carefully. On request also he helps to clean if any portions needs to be cleaned separately. Replaces any inside room material is in bad condition to new. Each floor is having water, WiFi facilities, ground & middle floor is having common fridge. WiFi speed is enough for me. 2 Washing machines are on terrace top, with enough ropes to hang cloths for drying. Beside vacant plot is having enough parking place for bikes. Room is having wooden bed, comfortable new mattress, study table, chair, common table, wardrobe, cloths hanging places, enough plug points. Mirror, water heater, exhaust fan in WC. In some other rooms bedbugs, cockroaches are there. But in my room after doing paste control 2 times & with mine periodically done paste applying I didn't faced bugs/insects issues. Deposit is less comparatively & roomwise charges are affordable. Area surrounding to this PG is quite, with trees, nearby ground, jogging track, garden, all required shops, te
