“Very disappointing experience. When you take the PG, they clearly say the deposit is ₹2000 and that ₹1000 will be deducted later as “maintenance charges.” Even after this, the remaining amount is not returned on time. They keep saying “we will give on the 1st,” but after you leave the PG, they make excuses or cut the call when you ask for your money. The internet connection is very poor. One staff member’s behaviour was not good, and some are extremely rude. Overall, unprofessional management and not worth staying here. Avoid this PG.”

Karthik Thommandra★★★★★offers 1,2and3 sharing options and has underground parking. Has housekeeping facility But owner is a very big fraud. He will change the prices whenever he wants and always tries to take advantage of the customers, the kitchen is filled by cockroaches. And the lifts works only from 1st floor to 4th floor. The dustbins are kept right infront of some of the rooms and waste is not discarded everyday. Be ready to face bad smell every morning.

Leh Ladakh★★★★★The one star is the lowest that is available and I can give and may be that is because bike parking is there otherwise this PG is not at all good. Reasons not to go to this PG are: 1. PG is full of cockroaches, in food, in room. 2. Internet you can access only one day before the owner comes to asks for rent. 3. After taking rent owner will not asks the pg problems. 4. Owner is arrogant 5. Rooms are very congested

This PG is full of cockroach..owner will clean your pg when he want rent from you. ( Once in a month ) . hygiene is extremely low here. He recharges internet only before the rent date.after couple of days the internet will not work.
