Great hospitality and Caring PG owner. A well maintained PG with food in homely prepared manner in good and healthy hygiene way. Cleanliness maintained at very good standards. Overall ideal place for students, employees and any-other for staying. Amenities provided are Wifi, Bed, Table, Chair, Filter water for drinking, 24/7 hot water, power backup generator, TV, CCTV 24/7, washing machine and small size gym for mini exercise. The PG also good amount of ventilation in room with fresh air from outside and also at time with rays of sunlight too. A safe and secure area with friendly people.

I have stayed here for 2 years and it is the best pg I have stayed in. It has 24/7 hot water, washing machine, gym and many other facilities. Here each floor has its own wifi so speed is not an issue. The locality is great as you can find everything starting from restaurants to grocery shop within 100 meters or so. The owner is very understanding and unlike other pgs, he listens to the tenants and fixes the problem as soon as possible.

If you are a student of Amrita this is best PG out there. I have been here for nearly 7 months so I can give a detailed review of it. The PG consists of 3,2,1 sharing rooms. I stayed in a single sharing room which is pretty good for one person. The PG contains High speed WiFi,tasty food includes weekly once or twice non-veg. Top of the building contains threadmill, cycling and some basic dumbbell stuff and caroom board. It is best refreshing area. Their cleaning department is good for room and washroom keeping. They will clean it twice a week. When it comes to cleaning clothes Washing machine will be available for it and decent space to drying them is available. In 7 months of my stay I never witnessed water problem here and generater is oned immediately when the power goes off. And all thanks to our owner Anish Sir for giving me stay here, he is the main reason for all the above mentioned points.
