Please do not join this pg, the both houses are in the worst condition no staff response & no cleaning in room kitchen hall bathroom this is the waste of money for 10k per person with 1 year aggreement 10k deposit, they will give after 1 year agreement our deposit please do not join this pg, from outside & starting 1 month there will be good service for everyone after that the service is the worst, In the time of rent the staff will force us to pay the rent & in the other time their will be no response from them, I have issued a ticket for wifi & washrooms water they waited me for 1 month to repair while the starting month of rent they came for rent & I said them to repair still they didn't response for 1 week after that we didn't paid rent so me & my friends got penalty for that the time they repaired & the pipe line got stuck something in that for 2 months & their was no water in the washroom in this pg we used go to another floor washroom, in the morning their will be no water for us at clg hours they will take 150 or 200 rupees extra charges for water tank that to is too expensive we are paying for this pg waste of money

Avoid this PG at all costs!** Both houses are in terrible condition—no staff response, no cleaning in rooms, kitchen, hall, or bathroom. Paying ₹10k per person (with a 1-year agreement and ₹10k deposit, refundable only after a year) is a complete waste of money. At first, the service seems decent for the first month, but after that, it becomes unbearable. The staff only responds when collecting rent, pressuring you to pay immediately, but they ignore all other requests. For example, I raised a ticket for Wi-Fi and bathroom water issues, and they took **a full month** to fix it—only after we withheld rent. Even then, we were penalized for late payment. The "repair" was half-hearted—the pipeline remained clogged for **two months**, leaving us with no water in our bathroom. We had to use another floor’s washroom. To make things worse, during water shortages (common in the mornings), they charge an extra **₹150–200** for water tankers, which is ridiculously expensive.

Highly disappointing experience at this PG. Most of the reviews on Google Maps are fake and paid – they offer referral cashback for writing positive reviews, which is misleading. The food quality is terrible, with no effort to improve despite complaints. Cleanliness is nonexistent, and the so-called amenities like TV, fridge, and induction shown in advertisements are completely absent. The management is extremely rude and uncooperative. Worst of all, they take a security deposit but never return it. Avoid this PG at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind! Yours truly A Stanza Guy

Avoid PG Stanza Living, Tamale House! I had a bad experience at Tamale House. The food is tasteless and not served at proper times. The maintenance is terrible – rooms aren’t cleaned well, and repairs take forever. The team is also very unresponsive; they don’t bother to fix issues or listen to concerns. Definitely not a place I would recommend!
