Ponni Kavin★★★★★Pathetic! . I am waiting for more than 45 minutes after made a payment . Last time also same issue happened. Even though I mention my previous experience this time also they did the same. I don't know why . Even at the time of billing their printer is not working . You are collecting per day 3.5 K for room . You can't able to manage your printer in reception?. Only one thing is it's near to railway station. Otherwise nothing good.. Highly not recommended for people who all are coming for official visit. This people waste our time by simply make us to wait in reception....

Being in service industry handling situation or customer handling was done in a very bad way and this is not the first time that something like this has happened, so just a word of caution for the corporate companies that have tied up.

When I arrived at the hotel on 1St October, the receptionist has denied check-in saying booking confirmation was not available in the their system. Inspite of showing booking confirmation received from their hotel ID and repeated requests he has denied check-in
