Zolo Essenza - Colive PG in Electronic City

Waste of money, not worth living and bad location. Basic amenities like secure wifi connection not provided despite the fact that this is an elite property where rent is comparitively much higher. Airtel network becomes poor inside the building, this place is not adaptible for working from home. Location is horrible. The area is dirty and underdeveloped. Zolo charges exorbitant rent for premium location but the location is not worth the cost. The society and it's landscape is an eye sore.

This is the Premium PG which Zolo has increased its rent by 3000 in 4-5 months of my stay here. It is infested with bedbugs, my bed, suitcase, shoes, clothes also got infested with bedbugs. Its been almost 10 days that they have thrown away my bed and later on my roommates bed but are providing me with solution of washing and doing pest control(which they did in bed too but the bedbugs were unaffected by the pest control and continued to breed)the shoes and suitcase and expect me to reuse when in first instance threw away the bed looking at the condition of it. Whereas Nirmal property manager is supportive in this but his manager Asir is very uncooperative and is taking this very lightly it’s been 10 days and I have never received a call from him it’s only me who has to take follow ups. Worst decision to take up this PG. Got skin allergies because of bedbugs most of the things I owned got ruined and no solution for it

Worst experience ever. The place looks beautiful, but you will definitely be deceived later. To start with: 1) The care takers at the society do not give a damm about cleanliness, your house will not be cleaned for days and eventually you'll get tired of calling them to clean the place. 2) You raise a ticket, nobody is bothered to address to your issues unless you do not send them multiple reminders. 3) The society members hate the people who live in Zolo flats. For more than a month, my washroom had no water supply for which I raised multiple concerns with the care taker who really did not give any importance. 4) Zolo has a policy of refunding your deposit after just 7 working days, but I received the money after a month which totally spoilt my equation with my current land owner.. So, if reviews really matter to you (reader) then I would firmly suggest not to book a room in Zolo Essenza.

I stayed here for six months and zolo manager said i will get INR 6k refund, however I have not received any refund amount since I vacated the place. Its been nearly 2 months I vacated. Please be careful before giving the deposit amount. They just give fake commitments.

Not at all recommended, this property looks good and attractive but once you start staying here you will come to know the problems, this property has water issue every now and then, caretakers won't resolve your issue even if you inform them 100's of time, on website they say housekeeping will be done on alternate days, and in actual cleaning will be done twice a week, swimming pool always has dirty water never maintained, you complain zolo about the things they will only say sorry for inconvenience and will mark your ticket as resolved, Frusted I am used harsh words but no response, don't go for any of the zolo properties. They got lot of fundings and these people are enjoying theirself, they don't care whether your issues are resolved or not they just want money money money.

Pathetic Service ..House keeping manager is not able to manage the property.. All residents are frustrated.. Bathroom floor is never cleaned.. Spider net never removed.. Dust on furniture never cleaned.. After highlighting to zolo team, they are simply closing tkt without even checking if the issue is sorted.. Will never recommend zolo to anyone
