Why the score — what people flag

Whole room was flooded by drainage water. Whole trip ruined. Our whole dresses are ruined in drainage water.No refund. If you ask refund or something they gives bad words... just using local support and rowdy behavior from the property owner.

The staff are rude and unhelpful. Service is horrible, they don't have proper cutlery in their restaurant; people are eating from plastic spoons at 8 am in the morning. Rooms are left dirty for several days, no one bothers to clean the rooms. Despite being a 3 star hotel, they don't provide necessary amenities like slippers, dental kit; not to mention the sorry state of the bathrooms. Our room had an extra bed which was not provided until we had called reception and requested. Overall it's not worth the money you are paying.

Our stay at Windsor was a nightmare. We didn't sleep the entire night due to the staff trying to open our room windows, which was not only disturbing but also an invasion of our privacy. To make matters worse, the next morning, they attempted to open our room door, which was extremely unsettling and scary. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and we felt unsafe throughout our stay. The lack of respect for guests' privacy and security is a major concern. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise the management to take immediate action to address these issues.

We stayed from 26th and 27th December 2025, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality was very poor. At the reception, we were clearly informed that a buffet with multiple varieties would be served, and a list was shown to us. However, when we went for the buffet, none of the promised items were available. This is misleading and unacceptable. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and we do not recommend this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be fairly average overall, especially considering the high price I paid. The amenities were basic at best, and the bed was far from comfortable. What really stood out, unfortunately, was the price. For what was essentially an average hotel experience, I expected much more value for my money. The rates were on the high end compared to nearby options, yet the facilities didn’t justify the cost. While my stay wasn’t terrible, I can’t say I’d return. There are definitely better options available for the same price—or even lower—that offer much more in terms of comfort and value. If you're hoping for a budget-friendly stay or a premium experience, this hotel likely won't meet your expectations.

This is a convention hall attached rooms which are very badly designed. Whatever can go wrong has gone wrong here. My first room did not have Leg space in front of the commode. There’s no room service, restaurant has 20 stairs to climb and closes early. No decent restaurants near by. Window shutter was causing noise through out the night. Worth a stay if the tariff is less than 1000. The 4000 was a rip off. Breakfast was bad

In short Worst Room that I ever had to stay in my life. The intercom was not working ROOF WAS LEAKING, not just in one place, but at least 3 places. The TV Was not working. What went well? The Food. That could be because we had to walk to the restaurant. We booked this hotel, at least 2 ~ 3 weeks before the check-in date. And yes indeed, it was a bit more costly. We checked in a little bit late. And right then and there, they stuck us into a shitty room on the Ground Floor. And there it begins. Tired from the driving, all we wanted to do was rest and watch TV. Well, there was no remote. :) I had to go to the reception four times to get the remote. When we finally got it, I noticed that there was only one socket for the plug. So it was either a TV or a set-top box. Frustrated to the core, and hungry, we decided to order room service. When I tried to use the phone, the intercom was down. So we went to the restaurant. On the way, I informed the Receptionist about our predicament. When I told them about the intercom situation, they said it won't work until tomorrow. :) So every time, when we need to place an order from room service, I have to walk to the restaurant. A new Hotel with very spacious rooms. But very poorly managed. Bathrooms smell like hell with no exaust. Bathroom fittings are very cheap. No pressure pump used for water hence bathroom taps has little water pressure. Rooms do not have luggage tables. You have to use TV table for baggage.Breakfast only has south Indian dishes with very little choice and dinner is only Punjabi/ north Indian dishes. Menu is very limited. Swimming pool water was opaque. The service is very very slow if you ask for anything in the room. Not worth the prise they quoted.

We stayed here for two days , the day we came that's when we realised they don't have a restaurant, they have a dining area and food is served from some kitchen, my son fell sick after eating just one meal which was breakfast, for all other meals we went out. We don't even get a cup of coffee as they have specific time for it , it should be mentioned on the portal that they don't have a restaurant, when we come with kids it gets difficult to go out for every meal . The rooms were clean but they had some work going on in the building because of which it was like constant banging sounds right on our head. The bathroom stinks 😩. The power fluctuations are too much and they take their sweet time for the generator to be switched on . It started pouring last night and they have some metal roof top I guess as we couldn't figure out , it was continuously making sound . Overall not a great experience to be here .
