Cons: - Owner is poky about every petty thing, does not know how to respect people. Until you give money, she will be very sweet on your face. Once you are in, she will insult you for everything. Keeps threatening everyone on the WhatsApp group - No visitor stay policy, if you bring someone owner will insult you like anything. Even if you are in single sharing ( in which case should not matter to anyone ) - Rent has to be paid in cash, if you try to pay online they will ask for extra money for no reason - Wifi stops working almost every other day - High rent ( 25-26k single sharing!, 14-15k double ) Pros: - Room and Washroom Cleaning is proper - Location is good - Food is better than other PGs - Staffs / Managers are helpful

Good place to stay, well located in Green Glen layout with all necessities (gym, supermarket, saloon, eateries) accessible at walking distance. Rooms are good, any issues reported are promptly addressed. Although frequency of water and WiFi issues can sometimes be a concern. Room cleaning, mosquito fogging is taken care of. Food is usually well prepared, but occassionally restocking during breakfast and dinner can be slow leading to long queues. Strong sense of community with various sports tournaments and festival celebrations organised through the year. Indoor gaming area on the top floor and a reasonably-equipped gym for beginners.

Many things even after saying rules and regulations prior people dnt follow , then they discriminate the owner or pg by not following or things going according to them. When you guys are staying here as non local its it our responsibility to take care of you. If we dnt follow visitor timings and later something happens will any of u will take responsibility of it ,no na. If giving 3 times warning and requesting everything is dn their is no way for me be good to a person who create newsense . When it comes to behavior and response always been good and making understand things 3 to 4 times still if someone is not disciplined enough to tc or be in this environment i have to be harsh. Everything has pros and cons . Hospitality is our main concern unless if u dnt break rules,we are always their to give service and make a stay like home for u 24*7. Thank you
