The Best PG in Kudlu Gate. 24X7 Cold Water, Luxury Non-veg food daily (cockroach roast). Good looking owner with very polite behaviour (മൈരൻ). Never cleaned our room. Also This PG is a historical one which Jambavan used to stay. Bathroom is 99.9% Good. Have A Washing Machine with DJ Facilities. Choose to stay if you want to clear all your Sins! Thank you.

This is worst PG i have ever seen. 1. Worst management 2. No Proper cleaning, 3. Owner behaviour is very Bad. 4. Food quality is like- you will get instant acid in your stomach after eating here. 5. Food higeene you can see in photos (you will get cockroachs in your food weekly once at least.

Worst Management. They are aggressive to collect rent, but very avoidance to give advance amount. Hard to get back it. Solar Heater, so we don't get hot water at early morning. Sad thing is Need to bath in very cold water. Food is routine, rice will not cooked well. No Lunch here, only Breakfast & dinner. They won't accept the bad comments and won't rectify it.

Don't join this PG, owner is fraud he didn't give back advance amount, even if you informed him 30 days early. Food is worst and they never clean our rooms and worst part is Bed bugs are in the bed, that made me unhealthy.

Worst pg, no ventilation I don’t know hw people r staying there... people working there won’t give respect for the guests.Hot water problem. WiFi connection is weak, They won’t recharge for tv on time. Don’t except ur advance to be returned as soon as u leave the pg, they will give the advance amount after 1 n half month or u may get the half amount.

Worst place to live. Seems a prison cell. Mess is equally degraded. Adminstration is not at all Cooperative. We lived there for 3 months in miserable conditions.. only merit here is its near to places and has a market location which the adminstration there loots us for that only advantage. If its a long time dont go for it . You will surely find some good ones around. But down vote for many reasons. And one more thing you wont have 90 degree corners there in BTR. Arrangemnt is equavllent to the prison cell as i said.

Food quality is very poor, also worst behaviour, cleaning not properly, they are not refunding advance amount, if you ask for refund the advance they told stay few days extra also if you stay to cover your advance amount that time rent is double, if you ask why rent is double that time they are telling in aggressive behaviour if you want to stay you can stay otherwise you can leave but we can't refund your advance.
