1. There is no water almost all the time. Drinking and non drinking water. 2. Drinking water is not clean. You can find cockroaches in them. 3. Wi-Fi is very slow. No action taken even after complaining multiple times. 4. Rent and deposit is soooo high. So not worth it. You cannot leave even if you want to because they won’t give you the deposit before contract ends. 5. Last month the lift was not work in block A and it was not fixed for A MONTH. Even after complaining. For one month we had to climb 6 floors to eat food and wash clothes. 6. There is no current most of the time. 7. Washing machine doesn’t work at all, we have to give the clothes outside for laundry. No point in complaining also. 8. They don’t do proper pest control there is cockroaches everywhere. 9. The only good thing about this PG is the room cleaning. Thara and Kissan definitely deserve a raise. They are the reason I’m still here.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I stayed at Stanza Living Lincoln House for 6 months, from October 2024 to March 2025. It has now been more than 150 days since I moved out, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. As per Stanza Living’s policy, the deposit should be refunded within 45 days. The residency captain is not answering calls, and the customer support helpline is completely unresponsive. To make things worse, the services during my stay were also very poor. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Even though this is colive PG and the rules mentioned that it allows opposite gender guest inside the residence - it is a complete marketing stunt and sales people will say guest are allowed from morning 10am to 9pm, the stupid incharge of this pg called resident captain will not allow and make problem- so this is unsafe for couple friendly - don't choose if you want you family or friends to meet you in your pg.

I had stayed in Stanza Bangalore for 6 months from 1st November 2024 to 1st May 2025 . A security deposit of Rs 20,000 was taken by the company which was to be refunded within 45 working days of moving out of the premises. I have not been paid by the company & the company personnel are also not picking my phone. I am posting this message to warn potential customers of Stanza Bangalore to be careful before paying any refundable deposit to them.

Worst Writing in general review not specified to this building. The salesman just want you to take the room after that you wouldn't be able to find him. Every month you have to pay on time otherwise a fine Will be added. On top of that rent will show 2-3 thousand extra compared to what agreed upon. They won't even provide you basic eminities, like geyser, fan, water, toilet faucet. Jst a plane room that's all. Worst management possible. Praveen and hemant are two people who never gives response. Or will just tell some reason. Not worth it. Take it if you want to waste your time just waiting for water fir 3-4 days straight. I can't tell in words how bad this place is. Worst decision of my life.

All the money just goes to app maintainance and nothing , emergency inverters are not working , lifts are not working , food is like someone has done shit in it . For a hostel student there is the electricity bill of more than 1000 , also deposit amount is not refunded . Staff is good , but the higher management are total gone cases . Also this Hemant Kumar never picks phone .

Worst pg.They are running a scam business. While booking they will show you their demo room which is just picture perfect, however when I visited to see the actual room it was horrible. Bad ventilation, narrow room, colors are coming off. They will take 6k booking amount but at any cost they will never return. one of my friends was staying there, she went back home after falling severely ill due to the pg food also, it's full of mosquitoes. Never ever opt for this horrible pg. Stanza is the worst. And all the good ratings are given by their own employees. Don't fall into this trap.

One of the worst PGs. Cons: 1. Stanza RC(Maina) is quite rude. 2. They provide only 105GB of Wi-Fi per month, with frequent connectivity issues or slow speed. 3. There is always a water shortage. 4. Rooms are full of cockroaches. 5. Rent has increased. 6. Food is bland and very bad. Pros: The only positives are security and room Cleaning, and the staff are nice people. *NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED*. You can find the better pgs with cheaper rental price.

Please... please gyz who ever is reading kindly read carefully, I am in stanza living for 1 and half year, I am still here because of my peer Peoples. If u r coming new, please dont come. Food is normal, but the contract and agreement is worst, and all the stanza pg has separate owner and there are lots of issues between them. So people can be shifted to. Some other place anytime. And if u r opting out, they won't refund u the money as per aggrement, don't come to neeladri stanza or any stanza in any places. This is my very kind request from a consumer point of view

They say they will refund your security deposit after 45 days, but they don't. You end up losing your 10k deposit, and no one responds to your calls - not the RC(Maina) or operations team(Akhilesh, Abhilash and so many) or support people. It's a SCAM. And most of the good reviews are from the people who work there, those are not genuine ones. There are better PG options in this area for less price. Only consider Stanza Living if you're okay with losing your money.

Please reconsider choosing this PG. I've been residing here for the past 40 days, and the main issue revolves around the water supply. Despite the ongoing water crisis in Bangalore, the internal plumbing system here is faulty, leading to frequent water shortages. Consequently, essential services like housekeeping are affected, and even operating the washing machine becomes a challenge due to manual water scarcity. Moreover, meal shortages occur regularly, especially for breakfast after 9 am and dinner after 9 pm. Although complaints are lodged, there is a lack of follow-up, and reaching out to the cluster head yields no response, let alone a resolution. Access to drinking water is also problematic, adding to the challenges of living here. Before committing to this accommodation, I urge you to carefully reconsider your decision. P.S.: In my room, water has only been available during late hours (11 pm to 4 am) for the past two days. PLEASE DONT GO BY THE 5STAR REVIEWS AS MOST OF THEM ARE STANZA EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTORS!

Can anyone help me figureout the way to get back the security deposit from Stanza Living? I have filed an FIR and they didn't even showup at the police station. Police says, it's a legal issue. Have raised legal action as well. Still no one seems to be responding. It's been more than 75 days now.

I gave 1 star just for the cleaning staff. Else stanza just provides 105 GB of internet monthly. Water shortage is common over here, and along with loadshedding happens daily. Not at all recommend. Food is not good at all.
