No words to describe how pathetic this pg was, i guess hell would be better than this place, this place is literally a nightmare with bed bugs (blood sucking insects) all around your bed, especially Telugu people please don't you even dare to consider staying here and they ask you around 6500 for 1 month and i think 65 rs is also a waste of money to pay for this place, if i were you I won't be even staying here if its free. Reasons 1. Food is below average and i think that the rice is ration rice from Andhra Pradesh 2. You'll wont be able to sleep atleast 3 hours because Bed bugs infestation and the owner will spray some chemicals if you complain to Him atleast 3 to 4 times to prevent bed bugs but this don't do shit You will suffer a lot here, thats for sure. Tap water consistes of drainage wastes and sump was connected to sanitary chamber , which is used to take bath and wash clothes. No windows , no sunlight , no fresh air , congested beds , bags and clothes will occupied by fungus and smell like rotten vegetables. They show variety of food menu to attract people , oil is floating all over the plate , dust from vehicles giving different taste. For four pg buildings , there is 2 washing machines , which will be filled with dust by vehicles in the road , always full and busy. Best part is that pg owner , I think he is not owner , is taking care of that pg and collect advance from everyone and cheats them to keep advance himself , gives the attitude like a king of a kingdom , just for looking after a pg and a restaurant , he is thinking all are his slaves and living in that pg for free . No one join this pg if you really prioritize your health and don't want to lose 3000 rs advance amount. I'll be happy if any one person will got this and saves him by this pg.

Read this two minute paragraph before going to that luxurious pg... I recently had a disappointing experience at this PG. The hygiene levels are alarming, with visible insect infestations even inside the building. The management's failure to properly manage waste disposal is evident, as garbage is stored indoors, attracting insects and creating an unhealthy living environment. In addition to the unsanitary conditions, the overall cleanliness of the common areas is questionable. If you're considering staying here, I would recommend looking elsewhere unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and maintenance. Please don't go to that luxuriously worst PG.

Don't get fooled by their food menu (they would show their food menu first to attract you), the rooms are absolute garbage they won't even clean the room. The rooms are filled with bugs and mosquitos. The bathrooms are absolutely the worst, they say that they clean it everyday but it looks like it wasn't cleaned at least for a month. The pg owner and the workers are really careless. Their food system is basically like a hotel where they treat the regular customers with respect and the people who stay in the pg like pests (they made me wait for 30 mins while the customers of the hotel got the same food right away). All the reviews say this is affordable but it's not, you have to pay 3000 advance and 6500 monthly rent(for 4 sharing room) for a place filled with bugs and no cleanlines. Had the absolute worst experience.

This PG owner is highly irresponsible, dishonest and careless. While taking an advance of ₹3,000, he never mentions the ₹2,000 maintenance charge, which is non-refundable. When leaving the PG, he always finds excuses to avoid returning the remaining ₹1,000 as well. No matter what, he refuses to refund the deposit, giving unnecessary reasons. Completely untrustworthy and liar.

Owner behaviour is not good during advance returning while joining he should tell that what ever you want you eat in hotel he shows menu but after joining we have restrictions to eat even egg fried rice also not doing every week where other pgs are doing egg fried rice every week don't join blindly with the trust of hotel food in pg... Don't trust 4 star ⭐ and 5 star ⭐ reviews owner only giving by his own authority

The food is just very tasty ,u can't ignore it,but if we speak about pg rooms the cleanses is a tiny bit of issue ,but apart from that it's an excellent pg if u ask me,n if u r from south ull love it ,there unlimited menu ,u can eat a certain menu from theere hotel #venkys resturant, overall it's a very nice pg considering both food and accommodation
