“The owner is rude and terrible. I had a disappointing experience. When my office location suddenly changed, I had to vacate within 2 days. The owner refused to return any part of the advance citing a 1-month notice rule, and the response was very rude and confrontational, with a raised voice and no willingness to consider the situation. There was no flexibility or basic understanding, even in a genuine case. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to clearly confirm refund and notice policies in writing before moving in. Overall, not a tenant-friendly experience.”
