Think twice before joining this PG The facilities here are decent, but the management experience is very disappointing. The proprietor (Bala) may appear polite on the surface, but in reality, both his handling of tenant concerns and his honesty in money matters are highly questionable. The lady manager, who handles daily operations, is consistently rude, hostile, and unprofessional. Even basic requests are met with irritation, raised tone, or outright dismissal. On July 29th, I informed them that I would be vacating on short notice due to a new job, and I actually vacated on August 1st. Since it was practically the end of the month, I politely requested a partial waiver of the August rent (₹10,000). Instead of a calm discussion, the lady manager reacted rudely, showed visible frustration, and even walked away mid-conversation with a dismissive remark. It was impossible to have a respectful discussion with her. I had to call Bala directly, and only then did he agree to a settlement of ₹6,000. But the bigger issue came afterward. I have paid the rent and everything but then also they were not allowing to leave and talking so bad even after requesting.And coming on my way of thinking I have stayed in pg in Bangalore more than 3 years and the owners are like my friend because they don't pressurise...

I'm staying here. Food is good at the pricing they charge. The owner is friendly and the manager in IT. So he understands major concerns of working professionals. They give a quick resolution to issues you have during your stay. I like the inclusion of the tv and fridge inside the room. The place is clean and tidy. Daily maintenance and cleaning staff arrive on time. Raji the manager of PG is helpful and understanding, she'll be the first person to help out you in any issues.
