Thi is my genuine Review. Please don't go to this PG,At starting point he behaves like friendly, while we vacating the PG he don't give advance. Think once yourself why he putNDA 30 days before intimation minimum 10-15 days intimation is required. He don't give properly money to cookers.No one will be there constant.owner will cook daily food.He don't cook food tastly. So many PGs are in kudlu gate.Think twice before joining this pg. FINALLY ADVANCE WILL BE "GOVINDA GOVINDAA ".

This is my genuine review. Owner don't have money to spend cookers. Always owner will cook food he can't cook tastly food. one more main point is 30 days before intimation. 10-15 days intimation period is enough. the main theme of intimation period 30 days is don't give refund money to customers. initially he behaves like friendly. when we intimated we are vacating pg then onwards he behaves rashly. ever go this pg . finally, our advance is GOVINDAA GOVINDAA. at covid time, lockdown is in bangalore. Governmet announced go to your natives then he didn't gave advance to even one person also. finally owner is waste fellow and best pg cheater.

Honest review.I lived here for about 8 months. Things I liked: - Affordable price for 2 sharing room - Regular cleaning of room - Caretaker (Deepak bhaiya) is really good in behaviour. Approachable for any problems, very helpful - Repainted during Diwali, and had the mattresses changed during Diwali - This PG is in proximity to Udupi veg hotel. What I didn't find good: - Irregular lift servicing. Lift used to stay off for more than a week. Climbing up to 5th floor always becomes tough. - breakfast quality is okay if reached on time. For North people, roti meals are less (around 3..4 times a week in dinner). Rest its always rice. Quality of food is okayish with current cook (Deepak bhaiya) . But when he was on a break, it deteriorated a lot, even owner used to cook. Have to be perfectly on time for the food to get it or rotis might finish up. - Owner is not much approachable. Listens to the problems but ignores it until spoken about it 5 times. Takes rent payment in cash max times. - The main gate of PG closes by 11pm. Late than that, very difficult to make the owner understand L any reason to open the door. -Washing maxhines (by the time I left) went into poor condition. Wh

I am giving four star because the palce is good comfortable stay and food its depends on person to person for me.... Its ok and adjustable. Rooms are clean as of now one of the low price pg i have seen in this zone for 3 sharing its 6500/- with food.
