“The worst PG owner I have ever come across in my life. Before taking the rent and advance, she behaves very politely, but once she receives the money, she stops responding altogether. They promise to return the advance (which is equivalent to one month’s rent), but when you decide to leave the PG, she comes up with unnecessary and invalid reasons just to avoid returning your money — all out of greed. People like this are truly ridiculous and take advantage of tenants, especially those coming from other states. I strongly suggest you avoid falling into such traps. If you still decide to stay here, make sure you document everything legally, as she often threatens people by saying her son is an advocate. Many tenants avoid taking legal action just to escape such unpleasant situations. I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against such unethical practices.”

“The rent is too high and the food is not that good, the owner isn’t very cooperative and very hard to get deposit back. The cupboards smell very bad and are not properly maintained. The staff is very nosy and always looking at what you’re doing, and the owner only seems nice at first but she is very rude”

“When I joined the pg I thought the owners were well-mannered decent people, but now they have shown their true colours; they're just spineless people avoiding our calls and running away from giving back the deposit. The daily cleaning was not done properly so if you have dust allergy like me you're going to be falling sick quite often, as was the case for me. At one point, my room doorknob was jammed and had to be broken open as I was locked out, following which there was a gaping hole on the door. When asked the owner when the hole will be sealed, she said to just seal the hole with a cloth or paper so that the room is not visible. No action taken after that. They do not give back the deposit amount if it's even one day here and there from 30 days. The owners are avoiding parents' calls regarding this. They are avoiding our calls but simultaneously are able to call other residents of the PG in order to get a "character and behaviour certificate" just because we're asking for our deposit back.”

“The pg I'm talking about is located in basweshwar nagar the owner is very rude to the people who leave there also at starting they say that the electricity bill will be on them later they charge 550rs for electricity bill if we refuse to give they discriminate between the class as low and high class people the people who would pay the bill are high class people the ppl won't are low according to her ..! Also the warden called savita is also very rude to the tenent there as being warden she will never listen the consequences we are facing in the pg .. the owner will take 8000 as advance in that 2k is for maintenance that remaining amount also she will not refund she did same with many people in the pg there were few members who were staying opp to our room she did not refund there amount the same she was doing with us so we files complain on her as police came and sorted so she gave that amount back so please don't go to that of if you are ready to face all such consequences u can goo”

When my daughter vacated they didn't return back the advance and for just keeping luggage they took 9k and didn't return 9k advance. They spoke well while joining the pg but responded very arrogant when we asked for returning advance. U may even look there review whoever spoke the truth about them, they commented saying they are bad .

Food is so spicy 🥵 that u wil end up in a hospital.All facilities mentioned are not given , girls b carefull don't get fooled with the outlook of pg , rooms r so small u feel suffocated not at all worth it .

Laxmi Houde★★★★★The worst pg i ever experienced i suggest evryone not to go that pg the owner is very arrogent 1stly she will be very nice to everyone later the true colour will come out also the maintenance they took was 8000 when we are about to leave she refused to give the maintenance amount back so we roomates called police and reported to police about our queries late she agreed when they said they will file complaint against them also at starting they say unlimited food but later we get to know that unlimited is only rice ... One day it was around 9.45 pm the mess closing time is 9.30 but it was rule if the food is still left then they should keep the food there itself even if it is late they can take so we went to have food at 9.45 but the cook said to have food we took out plates and started to serve after 2 min she said no it's 9 45 already so time is up we need to give this food to our dog so your not allowed to have this ... Also when I was arguing that before u said unlimited food later u gave 3 again came to 2 chapati which was fine but atleast before coming it has to be informed the warden over there her name is savita she clearly said all this to our parents so I started to argue

Meghana A V★★★★★1. I am putting this review as an experience after staying here for a month. The rent is expensive and not at all worth giving 9k per month. 2. Don't believe google images. In reality the place is literally congested and unhygienic. 3. The bathrooms are not cleaned regularly and also the rooms are not cleaned. Hardly 2 times a week. 4. If any complaints or issues are raised the owner hardly listens. 5. The day i joined pg i informed the pg owner that the bed which was given to me was not clean. The earlier girl who used to stay left her books and stuff on the bed. And there was so much dirt around the bed. I requested the owner to please tell the staff to clean the bed. I was out the whole day and after returning to pg the room was still uncleaned. I had to beg the owner to make them clean the room. After sometime the worker came and she cleaned for the name sake. So i only cleaned it later. 6. The bathrooms are the worst. No cleanliness and the tiles are broken. Not enough space to keep clothes or other things. 7. Overall the experience was horrible. Only the food was better. The rest of the things were difficult. I think 9k per month is way too expensive without proper facilities

SuShMiTha J★★★★★I had a short stay for 3 months in this PG recently. Stay was comfortable since I opted for single room but was expensive as it was single accommodation with amenities like, attached bathroom, WiFi, biometric entry, hot water facilities. It's affordable for 2 sharing. Food served is only south Indian style . You cannot expect North Indian dishes like Paneer/ Mushroom if you are foodie. Breakfast menu on weekdays can be improvised. The main reason to choose this PG was it's very near to metro station hardly 40 Meters away, commuting was much easier. Highly recommended for dependent public transport commuter's. PG owner and staff were friendly & responsive. Rooms kept clean but room service maid are bit lazy, you need to push them to clean properly if required. Overall a good PG clean and safe👍

The PG provides a safe and secure environment. The owners are friendly, responsive, and quick to address any concerns or requests. Overall, the facilities, safety, and management made my stay comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a good ladies pg.
