Don't go there. Its humble request. One of the worst pg in bangalore. 1.Sales team First your calling them that time they will take your call. Continuously they will call and text you. But when you start staying they will not take your call. Note reply to your message. Your seeing that negative reviews in google if you ask them why this much bad reviews in google; so that time they will simply tell some haters and other companies put that review. Don't trust that words because cheating started. 2.Reception Salesperson tell you everything is okey, room is ready, go and take your room. But no one don't know your new resident. You calling your salesperson that time onwards he didn't take your call. This is the 2nd hint of the cheating. They didn't give your agreement. Your sitting in reception minimum 3 hours for the joining procces. 3.Room First they will show you a unhygienic and small room of top of the building. This is 3rd hint of cheating. This time your "tell i dont want this i want another room otherwise I will go" That time they will give you another room Toilet flush is not work Cupboard is very unhygienic have fungus and dameges Bed have lots of bedbugs Infront of the balco

Worst pg in banglore. They are just a scammer. They add random charges to ur bills every month when u raise complaint they won't respond u have to pay otherwise they add one more charges i e late fee . There customer service wont me reachable. There manager won't stays more than a month it's that bad in terms of everything. They will ask initially some lower rent when u pay advance deposit before they will say u have to pay more rent either u leave the property or serve notice period. They are just a scammer they only know money they take advantage of ur situations. Think twice before going there.

THE WORST PG OF BANGALORE - I REPEAT THE WORST PG OF BANGALORE. Please don't spend your hard earned money staying here. You will regret it for sure. one of my friend had stayed here. After 2 months, they increased the rent by 5k. In total she was paying 18k suddenly. On the first day of moving, her shower wasn't working, the room was untidy. She wanted to leave immediately. She put a one month notice to the pg owner and an agreement was made. BUT, just because she had extended for one night, because she does night shift, her stuff was mercilessly thrown out of the room. This is wrong to many levels. Please stay away from this PG.

After booking a single-sharing room and paying a token advance of ₹2,000 and a deposit of ₹18,600, I was told that the room was unavailable. When I protested, they ignored my calls and showed me a different room that didn't match their marketing description. The building had a bad smell, and the rooms were in poor condition. When they stopped responding, I involved the police, and in their presence, Colive agreed to provide a room at the same rent in a neighboring building. However, once the police left, they demanded more money and treated my parents poorly. Other tenants shared similar experiences, including non-refundable deposits, arbitrary rent increases, and poor treatment. I decided not to take the room and requested a refund. However, Colive demanded KYC, bank details, and OTP for the refund, which raised suspicions. Despite agreeing to refund my money after police intervention, Colive hasn't made any payments. Third class pg. They are taking other mobile and rating themselves 5 star complete fraud. They are charging extra amount over and above what they have agreed. Above that they are increasing 50% rent every quarter. Even if you join this pg bcoz of lower rent either you will end up paying higher rent after three months or you have search for another. Food timing is also bad. Most of the time you will skip your breakfast due to timing i.e 7.30 to 8.30 and many more. Think twice or thrice before taking room on rent in entire colive.

Please do not take this pg Or any of the colive properties. They are a big scam. They took my booking amount and later on refused to give the room. Instead forced to shift to another property with a very bad room. Even after weeks of persuasion, they refused to refund my money rather kept spamming from different numbers on my whatsApp to pay the entire amount. They are big time cheaters. Beware of Colive: Unfair deposit deductions + fake legal threats I stayed at Colive Glory_307 from Jan to June 2025. I vacated the property after completing the lock-in period and expected my deposit back. Instead, they: Deducted ₹28,143 from my deposit of ₹17,000 Added ₹11,143 dues without clear proof Charged fake separation fees, repair costs, and notice period rent — even though I moved out on time Ignored my emails and tickets Then sent me a false legal notice claiming ₹50,000 as legal fees – completely bogus and unethical This is pure harassment. When I asked for proof, they didn’t respond. When I pushed back legally, they used scare tactics. I have filed a consumer complaint and will continue exposing this behavior. If you're considering Colive, read the agreement carefully. Most people never get their deposit back. They exploit technicalities and threaten tenants into silence.

Don't join this or any other Colive PG's.I was in Room number 518 and checked out on july 31st after fully ensuring compliance with Rental agreement. They had to give me 11484 refund, but instead of giving refund they are threatening me to pay 21846 by adding false charges, else they are saying that they will take legal action. I have formally filed a complaint with consumer court with full evidence of payment/agreement/chats/tickets etc...
