I stayed in this PG for 2 years yet the owner refused to provide me refund though I informed him 10 days prior leaving the PG due to medical urgency. The food was also not provided for few days yet he refused to refund. Never had any bad terms with him. I thought he was a good person better than other PG owners but found out that he is more of greedy person. Sorry to say bhaiya but you disappointed me. Incase, this review reaches you, kindly provide me the refund after deducting your maintenance.

This is my second review for this PG(I'm editing my review) In my first review, I mentioned my genuine negative experience, but the owner replied saying “don’t comment wrong, you must have visited some other PG” First of all, Bro I’m not dumb to post a negative review on the wrong PG. I saw the dirty bathrooms, unclean corridors, congested slum-like area- all with my own eyes. I vacated the PG on the same day I joined because of the poor conditions. The owner also refused to return my ₹5,000, and I still let that go. The area is like a slum, the bathrooms were extremely dirty and unclean, and for such a small and congested room, they were charging ₹13,000 per month. Overall, it was not good at all — the corridors, bathrooms, kitchen, room, and the entire surroundings were unhygienic and disappointing. Instead of replying like “don’t comment wrong, you must have visited some other PG” try to correct the mistakes.

Despite the overwhelming number of positive reviews, my personal experience reviewing the place was not the same. The place is poorly maintained, and the facilities are subpar. It feels like many of the good reviews might be fake or paid, because the reality doesn’t match them at all.

I booked a room and gave security deposit on 24th July 2024 but on 8th August 2024, I couldn't afford the rent due to personal issues anymore and asked for security deposit back. It's been more than 2 months now and they still haven't given my security deposit back. They keep telling me that they can't pay security because no one booked my room after me but it feels like they're lying.

I lived in this PG for 2 and half years, and it was an amazing experience. Safe and peaceful neighborhood and all facilities were available. Any problems regarding plumbing or lighting were also fixed on time. I would definitely recommend staying at this PG!

I'm a working professional, my office is in mg road. I stayed at this place for an year. Fully furnished, very clean and has all the amenities that you can ask for. being a working woman, it is a hassle to manage everything in a new city, but this place made my life easier. located in vasant nagar closer to all the places, commute was always easy. very spacious and beauitfully done pg would highly recommend it for anyone.
