Such a bad pg I don't know where to start from. There are hundreds of rats here on the main entrance it's so dirty and unhygienic.... the rooms are so bad the walls aren't painted the beds make noise and could also break apparently if more pressure is put .... there are 10 thousand cockroaches the food is bad and super spicy you cannot have it without having 100 gallons of water with it .... the rent keeps on increasing every month and there's no support agent to contact.... no one answers the calls no one responds and every month there is someone who comes for feedback and assures that it will be taken into consideration. Just pathetic behaviour. There's no update on why the rent is increased. They just make a fool of you by giving some weird excuse that for 2 months it's increased but after 2 months also There's no reduction. There's no manager. Every manager runs away after 2 weeks. Such a bad pg. Ew. And I will post a picture amd videos of the pg to show it's reality.

Not at all happy with colive, i have been mentally tortured a lot here due to rent, at the time of onboarding i have been told that my rent will be 6k and later on i don't know how i got invoice of 8k and when i asked for the clarification i did not got and appropriate response from colive, there is security person named nagaraj reddy that person asked me to vacate the property at night 10pm without any prior notice, colive is not at all safe especially for girls i suggest not to trust colive.

The whole building is infested by rats, bedbugs, cockroaches and what not... Rats bit and cut off all my scooty wiring TWICE already, wifi won't even work they'd ask you to raise a ticket no actions will be taken they won't even pick up your calls, even if you get it done by paying a fee they'll only do it for your room and it'll be infested again shortly after as the whole building is full of pests. Absolutely would not recommend staying here, they'll add tons of extra charges additional to your monthly due and won't even keep the property pest free. Edit: Just got my vehicle fixed yesterday and today its bit by rats YET AGAIN, even after compliant and property manager being there no actions taken and they're so casual about it I've lost so much time and money and am always late to work because of this issue😡

I had a terrible experience with this PG. I clearly made a reservation for the last week of August, and informed multiple people on their team about my move-in date. Despite this, they wrongly claimed my reservation was for July 1st, and then cancelled it saying I hadn’t paid the deposit — which wasn't due until a week before my move in date. After that, when I asked for my reservation money back, they suddenly changed their story and said my move-in date is August 1st and they’ll give me a room — just to avoid refunding me. But how can I trust them now, when they’ve already cancelled once and caused so much confusion? This behavior feels like a scam. They are completely unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. I have zero confidence they won’t cancel again at the last minute in August. ***Avoid this PG at all costs**** — don’t trust them with your time, money, or peace of mind.

Poor Service No Hot Water coming from past 3weeks,we already informed the manager Vinyas Gowda but he never respond to calls,if I call customer support and address my issue they disconnect the call. And the food is very pathetic, literally in the indra canteen you get better food, the food which they provide is not for human consumption, it's not that an individual is facing your issue, it's the whole tententbare facing this issue , and the best part is that whenever you call customer service they tell you to raise a ticket and the ticket cost you around 250 bucks , once you Raise a ticket it was s resolved in 5 min , and therefore you don't get hot water and still we are not getting hot water , imagine freaking taking shower in cold water in rainy season .

Never ever book your pg or rooms by them they are big fraud first they will force you to book the slot by saying that there is limited rooms available and keep on calling every time and they also charge high rent and high deposit which they will say that they will return but there are many hidden charges that they will not return and never pay any deposit money first. Food quality is very bad and very rude behaviour. And if anyone is coming to Bangalore and if they are in search of pg plz come Bangalore and then book pg you will get ample number of pg with good food, safety and good environment.

The company colive is basically a fraud company. They just earn money by scamming people's in there so called pg yeah some of the facility are good but they are charging unevenly from everyone.. Suppose you are staying with a rent of 8k & your roommate with a rent of 5500 only having the same facilities even the electric bill is also different with your roommate I have raised a notice period on 2nd march 2024 for vacating the room by April at that time they are saying that you can't do the same cause there was an agreement that you can only raise notice period on 1st of the month at the time of booking there agent just bluffed saying u can do whatever you want & alll.....but they haven't accepted that & forced me to leave the room by 7th april and charged the whole month rent from the deposit amount & now asking for more money by saying electric bill & water bill (there management sayed to vacate the property so i have just done the same... On 7th buty actual date of check out was 16th April ok that was fine but now I just wanna say of I have vacated the room at the beginning of the month how I got an electric bill of ₹730 even when I used the all the facility at the peak I was ch

They took the booking money in advance by showing fake pics and false information. When I asked for a refund, they completely denied to give any such compensation. Very poor management from both property side and from management side kindly restrain yourself from staying in their rooms.I have vacated the property after one month of joining due to the poor condition of the stay and they asking to pay 3 months extra rent because I didn’t serve the notice period these guys are basically scammers and don’t fall into their traps.
