Giving 1 star for the room service and staff behavior. We are three families who stayed here from December 25-28, 2025. The property is not cleanly maintained. You have to wait for 1 hour after ordering the food. They will deliver all ordered food, like rotis and rice, at the same time. By the time you eat the rotis, the rice won't be hot. Even after complaining multiple times, they did not correct the food delivery. On top of this, they won't allow outside food.

We 5 couples visited this resort and stayed for 2 nights . Pros- Location , beach just 30 sec walk from resort Enjoy Sunrise and sunset , less crowded, safe for family - kids can enjoy Swimming pool -well maintained ,Neat and clean Rooms are spacious Service is good though from the staff Polite and very helpful Breakfast was complimentary Cons - Here comes some worst part For 1 room they had lost the key , they dint even had the spare keys So every time I used to call receptionist to open the door with master key - though later they changed the entire key section after lot of requests Food - for vegetarian this is not recommended, like we have to wait hours to get veg food on the table and food taste is pathetic ( we ordered from their inhouse resturant) Better to plan your meals outside

We had booked for ₹7,800, but the receptionist charged ₹9,500 claiming extra taxes and refused to accept our bill. Very poor service and not worth the price, he was not ready to talk as well—there are many better options for this rate. The only good part was the kitchen manager, who was very kind.

We recently stayed at UV Sands Resort, and honestly, it wasn’t worth the high price charged. The biggest letdown was the beach—it’s neither clean nor well-maintained, and it certainly doesn’t give you the experience of a private or exclusive beach as claimed. The rooms were also disappointing. We had booked a "sea-facing" room with a balcony, but to our surprise, it wasn’t really a balcony—it’s just a passageway that they call a balcony. Plus, the sea is quite far from the rooms, so practically, all rooms are garden-facing, not sea-facing as advertised. That said, the only saving grace was the staff. The kitchen team and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Ashraf for his exceptional hospitality. I requested the resort manager for an upgrade to a suite room because our initial room had mosquitoes and flies on the bed, making it difficult to stay with our baby. The housekeeping staff (I wish I remembered his name) did an excellent job, cleaning and preparing the new room and even helping us shift our luggage during heavy rains. Overall, despite the staff’s great efforts, the resort itself is not worth the price. The location

Room 1201 has BED BUGS. We had red bed bug bites all over the exposed areas that came in contact with the bed cover and duvet. We had booked two rooms - 1201 and 1103 (sea view) from 1-3 October’25, so I am actually reporting the room number we had bed bugs issue in. Family members who stayed in 1103 did not have such an issue, though hygiene could be better. Rooms are big, location is great, right on the beach. But hygiene should be non negotiable, especially when it is so highly priced. The staff is polite, breakfast is basic, rooms are spacious but okayish. But nothing makes up for the poor hygiene. We all understand mosquito situation due to rainy weather but BED BUGS, NO!!!! Upon sharing the feedback, they’re not very helpful or acknowledging of the issue. Said no other guests have faced this issue. So they’re actually waiting for more people to experience bed bug bites before addressing the outbreak. I would assume in hospitality even one guest complaining about bed bugs should be enough to initiate accountability and action. Infact, to my surprise they suggested they would offer best prices and discounted rates on our next visit. We’re definitely not taking up on that off

The only good thing is the location. The rooms are bo where close to what they charge you. We paid an additional 5k for a sea view room, but the sea view was very much low key through the trees. Moreover the balcony was shared and not private. The windows were not tinted and having a view was useless. Very mediocre property. Staff is obliging. Area has no network and the property wifi is useless. The room looks old and damp. Food options are limited. Breakfast 4/10.

This hotel was the worst experience hotel ever. They charge you so much but deliver zero. To begin with, no bell boy was there when we reached the hotel. Took 20 min for the bellboy to come and take our luggage. The power keeps going, no power back up is there. There will be no electricity in the room for half an hour and no one cares. The staff is very laid back. Slow and poor service everytime. Not wearing the uniform of this hotel but a different hotel they own. A staff rung the door bell 10 times continuously in the morning only to ask tea/ coffee. The room wasn’t cleaned until asked 5 times to clean it. The liquid hand wash finished in the washroom which wasn’t refilled. The coffee machine was dirty. No fresh towels were given. While check out, no bellboy came despite waiting for it. We carried our own luggage. Very very poor experience of our entire stay.

Please avoid this property. For the price that they charge services and quality is pathetic. AC in the rooms are horrible. Even after complaining no action was taken. Frequent power cuts with no back up. Food is below average and expensive. Please take the price of rooms in writing. I was committed for a lesser tarriff but on checkout was told a higher tarriff. There are many other properties that give excellent service for this price. Only good thing is the location of the property which is quite good

Pathetic property definately not worth the money at all. 2-3 hrs of power cut daily with no power backup, we slept in the dark without ac or fan. Service is horrible, no bell boy to take luggage. Too many dogs in the property with dog litters everywhere. Horribly maintained property, dirty and poor room ameneties. Water was not flowing through the shower so we had to use the tap. Location in google maps was incorrect

Worst resort i have ever seen in my entire life..... Cockroaches are everywhere in the room, I even i caught an insect in my food. I i ordered a chicken roll..... I'll never visit again to this beach house.
