I had a very disappointing experience at this PG. The management manipulates residents by withholding advance payments until they receive positive Google reviews. The food quality is poor, and the surroundings are overcrowded with stray dogs, making it difficult to walk, especially during the rainy season. The rooms have no proper ventilation, and even if there’s a window, it’s blocked by another room, causing heat and congestion. Hot showers only worsen the situation. Cleaning standards are subpar, and despite promises, the place is not maintained well. Overall, I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

Don't rely on the reviews here. This Andra PG you would get only veg food here. Food is also below average and charging 10k for 2 sharing.. no ventilation in rooms and toilets. They are money minded people and you won't get the advance money back and the advance is 10k for 2 sharing room. They are deducting 1k from advance for maintenance but rooms are not clean.. stinky smell everywhere. Cleaning persons are there but they won't clean properly. You will get another PG with super food in 10K. Luxury is in their name only and rooms are under the worst condition. WiFi is also not proper. The network range does not even come inside the room properly and wifi is also not fast. If you wanted to do work from home it will badly affect. Worst PG ever stayed 🤢

The manager & owner of the PG are worst. They do not talk to girls properly at all. No respect they have as to how to talk with girls. Specially north side girls. Very rude behaviour. They will ask money for unnecessary things & from your advance they will deduct money for useless reason. If you didn't do any damages, still they will deduct money from the advance. The rates for single & 2 sharing room is very high & facilities not that great. If they make something good in food, they will give it in very less amount. After repeatedly telling by almost every girl in the PG to give chapati on Sunday & in lunch they still don't give it. Everytime they give excuses for this thing. The taste of the food is also not that good. They will repeat same menu every week & not change the vegetables they give. Most of the time they will add or give aloo in vegetable. WiFi is also not proper. The network range does not even come inside the room properly. Cleanliness is good. Security is good.

Worst Staff Management and no safety for your things Management doesn't monitor cleaning staff and you can come back to your room at the end of the day to find your bananas and other stuffs half-eaten and kept for display near window sill. No action taken even after reporting multiple instances of it. Food and hygiene keeps degrading over the months. All these negate the facilities, they offer. I wouldn't recommend. The fruits were not rotten and they weren't misplaced for sure, as my roommates could account for that. No one would misplace their items outside the window. Please do not provide false information as reply. It just worsens the accountability.

Highly recommended pg in Neeladri Nagar Electronic City. All facilities are good. But the owner is very rude. If due to some emergency you want to shift they will not refund your advance deposit amount and ₹ 11000 is a huge amount for any student.

Had a great stay here.. for vegetarians this is the best you can get in electronic city.. staff is very calm and cooperative.. and no unnecessary hidden charges.. clean and good food for a north indian.. and facilities are great.. no power cut.. wifi and hot water all the time..
