Only ac was brand new, it was working fine, rest not good, corridors weren't swept, they had promised hot water in the mrng but there was not even a single drop of hot water, tv was for name sake, not even a single channel was working, there is no staff at all, there is only 1 person who handles all 2 department. 1.
