Fully Furnished Room For Rent Near Manyata Tech Park Single occupancy rooms are up for grabs for Men in the Green, Safe and secure Gated Community, M.S.Ramaiah North City. The Building Shares a Compound wall with Manyata Tech Park and is located right behind Elements Mall. The Rooms are fully furnished with attached washrooms. Fully furnished means you get a bed, wardrobe, writing table and bedside Table for yourself along with LED TV and Tata Sky ultra-pack connection in each room. Unlimited Wi-Fi at 30 Mbps with no restrictions to downloads. The Rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis; washrooms are cleaned once a week and pillow covers and bed sheets will be changed once a week by the housekeeping staff who stay on the premises. The entire building runs on solar electricity with 15 batteries connected to a ups, removing the possibility of power cuts. Hot water is available with 600ltrs of solar heaters fitted with a heat pump. The Maintenance staff also takes care of laundry. The clothes will be collected, washed, dried and handed back. My first stay in Bangalore, and this place truly felt like a second home rather than a PG. Located in a clean, gated society with well-maintained surroundings. There is a mall which is on a walking distance. The room is perfect for a single person, and the PG members are great mostly busy with work, so it’s peaceful. The caretaker is helpful and decent. Karan, who manages the place, is always smiling and supportive. And the official owner? Laundry service once a week(washing machine available,if you want to do yourself), Daily room cleaning except Sunday, a mini kitchen, fridge,Hot water connection makes the stay here a bit more stress-free.Elements mall is just beside the place(100mtrs). Also karan(the owner) is a very nice guy, always nice to talk to him.

Rooms & Amenities: Spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all essentials. Housekeeping was done daily, and I never faced a single issue during my entire stay. They even did laundry every week and would iron your clothes if requested. Location: Having checked multiple PGs around Thanisandra and Nagavara, this one stood out. Located in a gated community, it’s peaceful and calm—away from the noise and dust pollution of the main roads. This property definitely tops the charts for my most recommended stays in North Bangalore. This property is located in a gated community with lush green trees and parks. On entering the property you’ll be greeted with cute little fishes hovering in the aquarium in the common area. The owner Karan is welcoming and makes you feel at home quite quickly. The property even provides cleaning and laundry services without any additional charge(which I think is one of the best part of the stay here). It also has it’s own kitchen with basic kitchen appliances like refrigerator, stove, etc. in case you want to cook something of your own.

I had a great stay with Lokhande manor. I won’t call it a premium PG but it is home away from home. They does every day cleaning in room, bathroom once a week. They will change bed and pillow once a new tenant comes in. These are not the things which differs Lokhande manor with other premium PG, it is Karan and his daily morning wishes which will make our day and most importantly there is a pet dog who is very friendly to us. When I return after my busy work schedule that pet dog will accompany me to the room and will ensure that I have reached room safely ( People staying away from home can relate the feeling). Since Iam moving my family with me I had to leave Lokhande manor, otherwise I would stay there forever 😊. I already miss you guys.
