Urgent: Service Deficiencies at Zolo Property – Second Stay Dear Zolo Management, I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the current state of services at your property, where I am staying for the second time. Despite choosing Zolo again due to its proximity to my office and with the positive expectation of improved service, the reality has been quite the contrary. My daily schedule involves being out of the room from 9 AM until approximately 10 PM. The following critical issues have been unaddressed since my arrival eight days ago: * Room Key: I was provided a room without a functional key upon check-in, later room got changed on 3rd days. * Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi has been non-functional for the past two days, despite a complaint already being raised. * Housekeeping & Hygiene: There has been no change of blankets, no fresh towels provided, and no hygiene items supplied for eight days. These basic services should be proactively managed and addressed by your on-ground staff without requiring residents to repeatedly raise complaints. It is concerning that I am spending my time monitoring whether your staff is performing their duties. This significantly under

I want to write my experience about zolo because I don't want it too be late for people blindly walking into a trap. When I first heard of zolo I always assumed it was a very reputable organisation that came with very strict policies. Buy boy I was so wrong.... Don't get me wrong the staff is very friendly and always smiling but little did I know that's all they do. So I chose to stay in Zolo Wonderwall. Everytime I had a issue I was speaking with the property manager "Devansh". He's a very friendly guy who always greets you nice and speaks very nice but that's all they do. They just talk, they do not execute. This guy never followed up with the assistance I requested he always laughed it off with casual talk. It was so annoying and it was very frustrating towards the end. The issue I had was I wanted to leave zolo and a month prior I wanted to give a notice but just didn't know how to, so Devansh the manager asked to speak with the caretaker and he will do it for me. The caretaker went to my phone on my app and told the notice has been sent, fast forward a month- and I see on the app that my rent for next month is nearly due. PG doesn't look like photos currently, It gets old, Rooms Windows and Curtains have dust, Bed gets Old , so it make noice while changing position. So don't go by photos and reviews because there photos are old ones when PG started.

Zolo is a scam in electricity charges. I raised a complaint with no resolution. Before moving I was sceptical since many others have bad experiences related to excessive electricity charge. I had a first hand experience. There are a couple of other better PGs before you reach zolo from the main road.

Room was average. Mattress was not at all comfortable, no net windshield in windows. The washroom was also looked like from old haunted buildings. Had to wait for 1 hour to get the wifi credentials and after that also, it wasn’t working properly.

Decent PG. Rooms are mostly clean but bathroom was not. Bathroom has minor issues. Ground floor rooms have no natural light. You'll have to keep the light ON always.
