“Google doesn't allow 0 star reviews hence the 1 star here. The PG owner just like other reviews mentioned, will act all nice in the beginning but when the time comes to vacate, he will keep your security deposit and siphon reasons out of thin air despite no lease agreement. He lacks the communication skills or the finesse to run a lodging establishment. Would suggest everyone to not rent a room here. It's a cramped up space, with a lot of people moving in and out all the time, you will get no peace of mind. Even for an interim solution this place is the worst. Horrible experience. 0/5”

Kartikey Joshi★★★★★The owner is very rude while returning the security deposit. You have to remind him a thousand times for your money. He will be very sweet with you at the time you will come to see the pg and once you get in he is the rudest. Half of the times the lift will not work and the owner will take no action. The room will feel small after your roommate is there. Would recommend to take some other pg.
