This is a very bad PG, and the owner is extremely rude to customers. The PG staff collected rent from me and then left suddenly. Now, the owner is demanding rent again. Even after showing all the proof, he continues to shout and use abusive language. He also refused to return my advance, using this as an excuse. The food here is terrible and unhygienic. Many people have fallen sick after eating it. I strongly advise against staying in this PG.

This is a very bad PG. Please don’t stay here. I personally experienced serious health issues during my time at this PG, likely due to the poor-quality food they provide. The kitchen is extremely unhygienic. However, after moving out of this place, my health improved. The PG has a very negative vibe and bad energy. It’s not a place where you can grow professionally or feel motivated. The owner is also very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this PG at all costs. It’s not worth the money or the trouble.

Worst PG...Owner is very aggressive and always serious faced never even smiles at his customers... Most of the people who come to this area for the first time see this PG first as this is just beside the main road. I did the same... I joined this PG and before joining clearly told the owner that I would continue to stay if my job is from the office if it is work from home I will pay per day basis (300 per day) and leave. At first he said ok. I paid advance 2k. And when I said him I am leaving as I got work from home. He started yelling at me and asked me to pay full monthly rent 5.5k + advance 2k as well along with the amount that was already paid (it is considered as per day basis) and then leave. He said because it is a loss for him by allotting me a bed which he should have given to someone else who will stay for a longer time. In fact, there were many vacancies at that time and none has come to join in that span. Shame on his business and ownership

I had a disappointing experience with this PG. Accommodation wasn't provided on time, and the owner's behavior, especially towards individuals from the North, was unpleasant. Promised amenities were lacking, and the focus seemed to be solely on collecting money. Additionally, when leaving, they were reluctant to return the deposit and even demanded more money. I would advise others to avoid wasting their time at this PG.

Very worst Owner is the villian of the pg .He is the worst man I have ever met iny life .We stayed their for 10 months but before leaving he took the rent of last month's where we stayed for just 8 days infact we have mentioned him before but he was not accepting because of Language.May be karma comes to him by other hospital stuff.Any way great pg guys .Beaware and tell Him one month before U are leaving .Actually 1 star is also worst ......

Well maintained, regularly cleaned, ample covered parking for 2 wheelers. PG is situated in between two buildings so expect little ventilation. Only one water dispenser and small freezer is available for the entire building. Despite the quality of food being fine, the menu is small and repitative which in the long run becomes vexing. Donot expect your rent advance to be returned.
