Avoid Raghav Residency and Raghavs Retreat at all costs. They gave our confirmed room to someone else, redirected us last minute, and then offered a terrible staff-type room instead of what we booked. No responsibility, no solution. Complete mismanagement. Trip spoiled. Not trustworthy.

The property is not user friendly. We visited today forgot something and suddenly we remembered and ask them to return us but they denied. They not given water bottle also at night and near by no shops are there to buy water bottle.

Quiet place to stay & spend family time. Room are clean & affordable price. Food was amazing delicious. Staff was cooperative. One thing I was not happy bcoz campfire was not there until 11 pm, which resort will start campfire after 11 pm when most of them went for Sleep. On that day 4th oct night looks staff was waiting for one gang who came around 10 PM to resort & begin their party to start campfire. Asked the staff couple of times to start but didn't do from 8 pm. Follow the timings, everyone comes to your resort to have good time not to carry negative thoughts in mind. At last as I mentioned place, room & food was good.

One of the best places to stay in Chikmagalur. The manager and chef are genuinely warm and friendly. Mr.Anand went extra mile to accommodate my kids and arranged games for them... My kid's were so elated and had the best time. The place is so chic and clean... We overall had the most beautiful time there... I would book this place anytime I come back to Chikmagalur. What a lovely place!!

It was a wonderful experience at the resort. We had an amazing time, and our dog, Balto, absolutely loved it. He sure did make a lot of friends and played his heart out! It was also a pleasure meeting Prasanna's father; we truly enjoyed our conversations with him. Anand and Harish provided exceptional hospitality and were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The cottages are in a beautiful location surrounded by farms, and we were even lucky enough to connect with local farmers who kindly shared some fresh cauliflower with us. Overall, it was the perfect, memorable getaway we were looking for. Thank you!
