Please don't join this PG because; 1. High rent and more rules 2. Worst food because they will not prepare south Indian food , always potato contains food where it will gives you gastric abd causes your health. 3. Rude behavior by owner or rude talking with customer 4. On-spot suddenly increase the price 5. Borewell water 6. Food will not provide as per mentioned timings and not hygenic 7. TV is not there. 8. WiFi very slow 9. No proper ventilation 10. Maid not cleaning rooms and bathroom, in 1 min they will clean both then imagine how is their cleaning process for more than 60 rooms 11. Etc.... Don't trust below response by him I have whatsapp proof and call recording okay....and why I should escape from your PG ? I have to wait for you until evening without going for office ? Since last 2 months I am paying you same amout that time what you kept for your mouth and eyes ? When you got monthly based customer you started asking the extra amount by me so that you can take an advantage by me and kick out me from your pg right ? PG with Providing below Facilities Food for both North and South Indian dishes for 3 tines a day.. 24 hours power back up and Lift. They Provide Very good bed,pillow ,Bed Cover, Bucket and Mug also... Every floor they provide refrigerator and Wifi Connection and Water can... 24 hours Hot Water... (heat pump). Every Room TV... We can Cook our Own they provide gas and Microwave.... Laundry Facility is their.. Near to Ecospace and Eco World.... U just come and stay .....

I have stayed their for more than a month and I can say the place is average. The rooms are not that spacious and the closets are also small. If you take a Personal room then space is fine. One thing that I want to point out is the size of mattress can be increased. I am a 5'9'' tall guy with a athletic physique for me it was like my feets use to hang if I sleep without folding my legs and the width of mattress can also be Increased. Now coming to food - You will get a mix of South Indian and North Indian food there but there is always a southern touch in north Indian food also. If you like south Indian food then it will be okay for you otherwise I am north indian guy so use to order food 3 4 times a week from outside.(You should not expect north Indian taste in any PG) Hygiene can be improved at the place where the food is served and the wash basin area. Apart from that I don't have any complaint. Cleaning of rooms are done 3 4 times a week. Lift is available, power backup is available, washing machines are there, centralised hot water plant is there, Just Internet speed is an issue. I would suggest the owner to take a better plan as there are lot of people working in hybrid m

An okayish PG for location. I stayed for ~2 years, overall experience was average, the owner holds no responsibility however for enforcing strict no-smoking rules, or when food/maintenance turns bad. The room was clean then, as I was its first renter, not sure now though.
