The rooms and comfortable and spacious . As it is located in the centre of the city it is comfortable to travel conveniently . The staff isn't well mannered. During the course of stay the receptionist kept questioning about the duration of the stay . Hence I had to book stay in some other location. No dustbin and towel were kept in the room . Hot water supply is only present for two hours in a day .

Worst marriage hall, marriage hall rooms. No hot water provided. The manager is useless. He never listens to the problems. He is not available during the marriage. The floor is never cleaned. All they want is money. Even decorator is locked with the marriage hall. They dont allow outside decorator. If possible I would give 0 stars.

I am an old and regular customer for the last 3 years, almost one night stay in every week. Even after several complaints and feedback staff never changed. No value and respect for the guests. Very bad, they just need money nothing else

Worst experience, I had a function to attend at 6:30 am, no hot water available here till 8am, toilet in pathetic condition. Staff did not even responded to my request. Not worth for money.
