“Okay my dad took us to valley view to have lunch and the service was terrible. There were 3 tables occupied and we weren’t even waited on. We ordered pasta and it was very dry. When we requested the chef to redo it, he poured some water on it, heated it and sent it to us. It was bland and flooded. Was very insulting. My parents were very hurt especially since my dad always loved Valley View (he was there when it was first set up). We ordered rice and curry which tasted sour and just bad. I am not a hater, I loved the ambience but please maintain standards always.”

“Have paid 4000+taxes for one night. The room was booked a week before. On date of arrival given with stinky smoking room. Felt someone just smoked cigarette and went out within few minutes that room given to me. Later went to reception to change the room they given another room on ground floor. Was totally tired of travel the entire day. Without any choice taken the room, atleast doesn't have smoking smell. Have to dial 1-9 to understand which is reception and which is room service and house keeping. Ordered for fruits and dental kit etc.,. Such a small shower area, floor colour and stains. Total uncomfortable. Wifi not connected till i got check out. TV remote doesn't work. Because of all this tired slept off. Morning newspaper thrown inside room which was on toilet door. Shaving mirror such a shaking one seen for first time. Buffet breakfast: A new thing learnt from the great chef, in buffet breakfast you have to order for everything. They kept 2 types of fruits for more variety of fruits i ve to order.(As mentioned by great chef) All bakery items topping with live flies. Ordered for dosa as usual burnt. With all these thought of having fruits and fruits are not available and m”

“I am giving this property a 1 out of 5. As loyal fans of the ITC brand, we expected luxury, but we paid ₹50,000 for 2 rooms and received a 3-star experience at best. The service was incredibly lethargic across the board—no valet parking and a disorganized reception that made us wait until 4:00 PM to get our rooms. To make matters worse, the food was below average. The breakfast was a major disappointment; we strongly suspect they are using stale ingredients, as the Sambhar tasted old and spoiled. For a hotel charging these rates, serving stale food is a health risk and completely unacceptable. This property is massively overhyped and overpriced. It does not reflect the ITC standards we know and love. Avoid this place.”

Kritika Hora★★★★★Just checked into the presidential suite and 2 executive suites with some friends. We had an issue with our previous hotel so made a last minute booking and payment via call with ITC . The reception staff were unable to find the payment confirmation even though I showed them the CCAvenue confirmation page and email. They called the room at 9:30pm to ask me to come down to the reception to show proof of payment. I asked them for an email address or WhatsApp number I could forward it to but instead they called me down in my pajamas and show them my credit card statement. This is after paying over 76,000 for the one night stay and checking in at 7pm. Nobody took us to our room, they just handed us the key cards, and only one card per room because they had ‘run out’. The reception staff was elderly and probably doesn’t know how to use the computer well as they kept taking images of my phone screen with an iPad. Either way, they were unapologetic about their behaviour and the inconvenience and I never expected this type of service and discrimination at an ITC hotel.

Sunitha Krishnan★★★★★Poor food, not synchronised with the menu description!!! Arrangement at the restaurant also very poor, with as much as fused light bulbs & eating in the dark!!! Single person occupying a 6 seater table & family of 4 waiting in queue!! But other aspects like cleaning, cordial staff, travel assistance, etc are fine!!

Paranthaman S★★★★★We had booked four rooms and 80k for one day. We got call from service saying that all food and drink items including in mini fridge, kept inside the room are complimentary. Free. We checked thrice as we didnt want shocks later. Even with reception we confirmed. While checking out, three rooms were not charged. One room booked under name syed, they made him stay and asked to pay for 2 beer bottles. Later, out of hotel, someone called and asked to pay for other 3 rooms too. We ended paying rs 1600. It is open fraud, cheating. We didn't ask for anything free. Hotel calls us and tells all free and we check and confirm many times. After using them, such worst experience. Didn't expect this from ITC and after paying 20k per room.. Even shocking and unbelievable was that beer bottles are expiring today (03-Jan-23). Not even 1 week. What a FILTHY FRAUD.... Is this ITC hotel? When did ITC started FRAUD business...?
