Never go here, LADY OWNER is very HARASSING and only up to your money. If you are away for 2 days form pg lady owner will give the bed to someone else and ask you to vacate the PG. There Only value for St aloysius college students. students from other colleges and working girls are never safe here. Every girls are harassed in different ways. Never ever go here. Lady owner is very very harassing.

Lady owner is very very harassing, Girls are Not safe Only important to st, alsosiyu college students. Girls from other colleges and working girls are treated like hell and not respected.

I stayed in that hostel from 2020 to 2022 (2 years), and honestly, the only good thing about it was its proximity to the college—it’s just a 5-minute walk. Apart from that, it was by far the worst PG experience I’ve ever had. The warden/owner initially comes across as very polite and friendly, but once you’ve paid the non-refundable advance, her attitude completely changes. She becomes extremely rude and controlling. I’ve had multiple arguments with her. She doesn’t allow entry after 6:30 PM, insists on calling your parents, and even checks students’ phones to track their whereabouts. I’ve seen her scold students in front of their parents—it’s humiliating. The rooms are small and cramped. If the room is slightly bigger, they stuff in 4–6 people, making it even more uncomfortable. The food is terrible, and the hygiene is worse—there are rats everywhere. I’d strongly recommend looking for another place, even if it’s a bit farther from college. This hostel is not worth the mental stress.

I was there for over 6 months. The rooms are too small and 4 to 8 people are there in one room. Over all there are 4 floors and no lift facilities . Even cleaning staff will yell yet you without any reason. Food tastes less and repeats the same food. Even owner. In the beginning she acts like she cares . Later on we have to ask permission to go anywhere. And to be in PG before 9 pm. And the hot water is not there. Also if you are not there in your bed for more than 2 days . They will give that bed to any other newbies.

Just Pathetic. The management is only after your money. They are very welcoming in the beginning, but once the advance is paid (which is non refundable, why do you even call it advance!?) their tone changes. For every issue raised their standard response is: vacate the room! When new batch joins, they will make life miserable so that you will vacate your room, and then they can sell that room to the newly joining students at higher price. Avoid this toxic PG if you want peace of mind and save your money.

The place is infested with rats. The food isnt worth the rent paid. Not clean. Non balcony rooms are small and have no proper ventilation. The owner has a very bossy behaviour..there has been an instance where the owner went through a student's phone inorder to know her whereabouts and where they're off to.. entering time is 6.30..she scolds even if we enter before time.
