This is one of the worst PGs I’ve ever come across. The rooms are in terrible condition..The food is equally bad and not at all safe to eat. The rent amount is not fixed and changes from person to person without any reason. They don’t provide any bills or receipts because of their fake GST setup. The owner’s behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially towards girls. He uses threatening and blackmailing tactics, making the environment very unsafe. They also refused to return my advance amount after I vacated. Please do not fall for their fake promises during admission — everything they say initially is misleading. For your safety and peace of mind, avoid this PG at all costs.

Very bad pg don't go to this pg. Join this pg and make friends rent a room and leave the pg together. Owner is a very greedy person don't fell into his sweet words. Increasing rent day by day and rent vary from person to person. Very bad and short tempered greedy person. Food items are different for boys and girls. DOES NOT GIVE ADVANCE MONEY AND GIVES FAKE ELECTRICITY BILLS. Police came to this pg for recovering advance money of a person. Be aware

Third class PG where all the rules and regulations to maintain the PG is broken. As per hon. Karnataka Hoghcourt guidelines, there are certain parameters like how many in a room, qualoty of food, managing finances of the residence, advance tax payment and more than anything, registration of the PG! In this filthy PG, Advances are taken without bill or GST, previous day food is served, no hygiene and on top of it they threaten innocent customers from native who are working in companies to feed their families back home.

I strongly advise against staying in this PG. My experience here has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Firstly, the food quality is very poor. Previous days rice is often served, and due to this, around 2-3 residents told they are suffered from food poisoning, which is unacceptable and dangerous. The hygiene standards are terrible. The kitchen area is unclean, and the toilets are broken and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness and sanitation are completely ignored. Despite charging ₹7500 for a 4-sharing room, the facilities provided do not justify the cost at all. Overcrowding and poor living conditions make it even worse. There are also serious safety concerns. Incidents like 2 laptops and 1 smartphone being stolen, creating fear among residents. The management uses threats instead of resolving issues. Additionally: - No proper billing or GST invoices for advance payments - Lack of transparency in finances - No proper registration of the PG (as per Karnataka High Court guidelines) - Owner/management is highly unresponsive and irresponsible This PG fails to meet even the most basic standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism. I would strongly recommend others

I am staying in this PG since 2019 and evenduring lockdown. This is the best PG for Brahmin with vegitarian food , clean environment and owners take care of you like their own children. They have created a very safe environment for youth and make sure you are comfortable at this place. As I have been living the longest in this place I have known people who tried to scam them with money and when they got caught they left PG and started posting wrong reviews. And one of them is Harshita Kashyap in the below review who did not pay 3 month rent and ran from PG then police had to recover the amount and now she is blaming them for not returning the advance amount. Please don't go for such review, this PG is genuinely great.

Its a brahmin PG located at center of Bengaluru. It's located in such a place from where many Colleges are near to it. It consists boys and girls PG (separate buildings). Food is good, owners are friendly.
