One of the worst PGs I have ever seen. The lockdown time just helped me see the reality of these ppl. The food quality was worst, no cleanliness and all the facilities were cut down, in fact ppl here even started stealing the eatables that we kept in the fridge and the operators were very very rude when we raised a complaint for all of this. They even forced us to vacate the PG. There is no humanity left in these ppl, they are just money minded.

Worst maintenance ever. Irresponsible Pg. There are a lot of thefts happening in the Pg. Things and parcels delivered at the reception is going missing. When complained about the same and asked to check in the CCTV camera, they said that they will charge extra amount to check and confirm. This is not the way to keep the Pg mates safe .

My 3 yrs of experience in this pg ..2 sharing is good , food was worst once the management got changed. The old management was good. I want share my experience during lockdown. They continuously forced us to pay full rent and after so much of argument management agreed to pay half rent. Today when we were vacating, the management argued to pay full rent for april where we have payed half of the rent for the things in our room , we came to our hometown during march 2nd week... they didn't even kept the places clean and also dumped the other persons things in our room. For which they charged us half month rent.. I m not sure how they can fight for april month full rent when we have left the pg on March 2nd week itself... finally we were force to pay balance half amount of april month rent. After which they allowed took our belongings.

Pros: Near to infy, Well maintained, Food is avg. Cons: So many things are stolen we need to be careful, no proper cameras easy to steal anything here -No power backup, -If power is not there u need to climb steps which will be difficult for people staying in top floors. Safe for Girls coming first time to bangalore and looking fora PG exclusively for girls. Run by Andhra couple very much ideal for South indian girls. Low priced and quality of food is very good ( I had one lunch there). Parents can rest assured that Girls are safe in this PG.
