We were here for only 2 nights, because I did a presentation at Manipal University. The Apartment is clean and in a quiet place, except for the small temple across the street, from where some music and morning bells can be heard. The hosts were really nice and helped us with everything (like ordering food). They even installed a gas bottle in the small kitchen, so we could cook some food for ourselves. On the day of departure they even dropped us at the railway station. They are such kind people and made us feel very comfortable!

A very nice place to stay-in. Jalaprabha HIG 16 is nearby Manipal lake (Mannupalla) giving an amazing view of the lake which has space for walking, cycling and jogging. The Rooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed and an attached washroom.

I’m staying in Jalaprabha PG for lost 20 days, as to support my son who is studying in MIT and going through his first semester exam. The PG is placed in a very nice locality and there is very big well maintained lake as well as Ganapti temple. Every morning and evening I take a walk around the lake which has nearly 2.0Km long paved pathway. Lake has also two small islands, habitated by different kind of birds. Another best part of the PG is that it is very close to the MIT campus and within 10-15 minutes I can commute between the PG and the MIT campus. Also within walkable distance one can find, nice cafeteria, restaurant and other daily needs shops. The PG owner is very supportive and I found him indeed a good person.
