“Worst.... Worst... Worst service. Just money looters, that's zolo. You won't get any service except bills to pay. You want to spend hours calling to customer care to get your rights and promises made during the check in time alive. Hardly spend 1.5 months (because I need to serve 1 month notice period). Room have zero ventilations but too much expensive. Foods are like dirt for which you have to pay extra 3k. If you don't want a good room, have enough time to spend by talking to customer care, likes to argue for your basic needs you can always choose zolo👍. Don't fall to their fake promises. Only good thing was zolo take care warden is good but he has nothing to do with the zolo rules and services. Tricks zolo using : 1. If you subscribe for food and want to cancel, you have to wait for the last day of month else they will completely cancel subscription and if you miss one day you have to pay full amount of next day. 2. Even if you joined on last day or left on first day, still they will ask you for full month electricity bill(which they calculating randomly) 3. Charges extra for joining and leaving which they won't tell you at the beginning 4. Even if you want to change a bulb”

“Washroom is super small, no side table is given, rooms are small too. Washing machine is kept on ground floor, kitchen is always messy. Not good for hygiene concerned people.”

Yogi★★★★★I stayed in this PG for 8 months and my honest review is here. Food is okay, Bed Bugs are there to steal your sleep and no power back-ups. Service is bad. Wifi is the Only best thing in this pg bcz it will be fast.

Pp Swain★★★★★I am posting this review after staying more than 2 years here. It was a very good, neat & clean previously. As it was a new construction we did not face any trouble initially, but now no single room is free from BED BUGS. Water purifier is 2 years old which is not at all giving clean water. Water tank is open is garage, Many times you will experience complete black water coming in toilets. Hair fall is everybody's sadness due to dirty waters. Previously food was not mandatory now they are making it mandatory by increasing rent from 6000 to 8500. So time to leave. It's making no sense to pay 17000 for a 10ft room. The worst thing is there customer care was good and polite previously, Boom in business has made them blind.

vikash kumar★★★★★They are just missleading the customer, nothing is working here almost every geyser here is not working and customer support is also not helping in this matter, also lift is dead for 1 month, one of two washing machine is not working and also here manager is not responding in this matter and lying about everything here. Water is leaking on the stairs. If you want to stay in zolo just come and check rooms first, also there are good pg around this property. Don't get scammed by zolo.I am uploading some photos of this rusted property.

I will quote the incidence I am facing..It's been three days since I raised a request for poor internet speed. But I received no response from them. FYI: The current internet speed is less than .5 mbps .The food quality is even worst compared to average servicing PG.It sucks when you have no good internet connectivity.

amilineni raghu deep★★★★★Nothing different from other pg except stringent terms and conditions which no one understands. Read terms and conditions carefully otherwise you can be cheated. Lots of mosquitoes. Dustbin next to water can are some of the additional features of this pg.

Such a shame you guys, would never recommend this place to anyone.

Chitrang Bhavsar★★★★★While calling zolo they have so long 5 minutes IVR saying " We are connecting" and never connected to human. They don't care for incoming inquries and concern. Doesn't deserve a single star. Must learn to respond and have human interaction through call else leave this business.
