Worst owner behaviour and he was aggressive when I asked for an advance amount and he scammed the tenant(me) and he was not given the advance amount of 4000/-. I stayed only one month and at starting he was behaviour was good. Doesn't have parking space and daily issues with parking. Roommate in 306 uses vulgar language and the owner supports him due to the fact that he is from the same native place. Please think twice before going to this PG.
