“Don't take this Zolo, better to live on the streets. It's horrible (images attached). Washing machines are dirty enough to give you skin disease, nobody is there to do the deep cleaning of washing machine (image attached). Washrooms are very very dirty (image attached). Caretaker will not pickup the call whenever you need him. You have to raise ticket for every teeny tiny thing. Inshort giving 10+k money to them every month and getting 0 facilities. One last point, In kitchen area where you wash your utensils, that area is 🤮🤮🤮. Terrace is good for sure, but you can't live in terrace whole day, you have to use your room, washroom, kitchen. Trust me it's pathetic. Only I know how I am surviving here, just because I have booked it for 6 months, otherwise they won't return my security deposit. I have given a very honest opinion. Choice is yours.”

Diksha Kaushal★★★★★Very bad experience They only want money henceforth putting false allegations to seek money from you. Service is very bad. Employees don't know how to talk to their guest. Poor management. There is no food service. Water and electricity charges are above everything. Everything is still compromisable but staff's behaviour is very bad which is undeniably objectionable. Management is poor. Thefts, giving surf to clean utensils, cockroaches are all over the place. Just the cleanliness staff is humble. Rest everything is humongous disaster.

Dr. Subhankar Mishra★★★★★Stayed for three months but didn’t like the place at all. The prices are highly inflated, and the services provided do not justify the cost of the room. Even the electricity bill has to be paid separately. There are no good places to eat nearby. Once, we saw the police enter the property due to a dispute between Zolo and the previous owner. As a result, most of the PG residents were left stranded outside for more than 7-8 hours. To make matters worse, the security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded, was returned with additional deductions for the electricity bill and maintenance charges. The property managers and support staff are good, but overall, the experience was disappointing.

They loot the customers money in the name of electricity bills and other facilities name They invite the customer saying multiple facilities but after moving here I hardly find them like gym, security etc..

They asked for money just for the visit and told that it will be refunded, when I went there I didn't like the property it was disgusting, later when my money was not refunded I tried reaching out to them, they said it is booked now it won't be refunded now. What is wrong with these people,I even cancelled it when I got back and now they are saying it got confirmed without my permission and are now denying to give my money back

Shalinika★★★★★Stayed here for 4 months so I’m going to post a proper pros and cons so you can make a better decision Pros : 1. The room and bed sizes are adequate enough compared to other pg and also has good outdoor light 2. The location is good and connectivity is also better Cons : 1. No proper house keeping( the room will Not be cleaned for 3-4 days ) 2. The garbage outside the room will also be pilled up 3. The most annoying thing that happened to me is ( the property manager has to give you a code in order to complete the vacating process , he wantedly gave the code 2 days later after I left the pg and I was charged 300 + electricity amount which he deliberately told me that it is water charges) I had no patience to argue with zolo care so I got whatever was left from my deposit 4. This pg is not worth to pay 10 k as deposit and almost 11 k as rent with 1500 booking charges Got some images as proof now you decide
