New PG owner doesn't not provided any kind service like not good food, no power back up, no general kitchen, washing machine doesn't work. New owner is money minded, doing business only. Doesn't listen to the customer and force the to pay rent within first 3 days in the month. I only stayed one month very bad experience. Owner behavior is not also good.

Food and ambience is so good in here ☺️ Oh mark that! Food is available 3 times a day, EVERYDAY. New Building with every facility like the lift, geyser in the bathroom, to the water purifier... everything is new.. like barely 4 months old ... People are friendly and the owner is helpful and cooperative as well... Great place to live. Cheers 🤘🏻
