All you get is fake promises and no service. Since the day I moved in I have been complaining about broken wardrobe but all they say is they will fix it. On the name on common kitchen they give very very basic utensils, those who use it never wash it so if you want to use kitchen you will have to wash others used plate or pan then you can cook ur food. Rooms and bathrooms are with absolutely zero ventilation. Even at 12 PM u have to switch on light

I have been living in this zolo from past 1.5yrs. Due to some personal commitments I can not vacate otherwise I would have done it long back.This pg has one the worst parking I have ever seen in Zolo. There is only 1 camera in the parking which covers a tiny part of the basement. Biometric does not work. Anyone can come and go. There is blinkit and Meeshi pick up point constructed in the parking which makes its really unsafe. Anyone can access the lift in the basement. During my stay few strangers came from outside and tried to rob a person and they were carrying knifes. The caretaker is very careless there is constant water and electricity issues. The manager of this property is even worse, he avoids the tickets raised and takes no action. I would never recommend anyone to be in this PG.

If I can give less than one star, then I could have given that. One washing machine is there for whole zolo, the geyser is so small that it doesnt even serve its purpose. The zolo people are not at all accomodating and just looting the money from people.

Separate electricity bill my bill 💸 ,Rs. 1200(this amount is common for tenant if using or not you have to pay it otherwise leave Zolo moonshine from Management ) for one month even I am not using anything other tenant using induction or (owner also do construction using heavy electrical equipment their bill added in our bill not fair) in their room and in common area. Why should we pay if we are not using it ? 🙏
