“I regret to say that my experience at PG (Paying Guest) has been nothing short of a horror story. From the moment I stepped foot into the premises, I knew this was going to be a mistake. The issues that plagued my stay were so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others about the dire conditions and the unprofessional conduct of both the management and the owner. 1. Infestation Nightmare: The first sign that something was horribly wrong came when I noticed a bedbug crawling on the wall beside my bed. It was utterly disgusting, and it didn't end there. The kitchen area was infested with cockroaches, and I even spotted rats scurrying around the floor at night. I shudder just thinking about it. The lack of cleanliness and pest control measures in this place is a clear indication of negligence on the part of the management. 2. Unhygienic Toilet: The toilet was no better than a filthy public restroom. It reeked of urine, and the walls and floors were covered in grime. The water supply in the bathroom was inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain basic hygiene. I dreaded using the facilities, and the conditions were certainly a breeding ground for diseases. 3. “Wrost pg and worst management by manager. He will ask only rents. After given rent manager is not hearing any things. Unprofessional manager & staff beheviour and dirty food. Every time I get dirty kitchen and food table. No any staff hear to clean table .”

Sachin Pal★★★★★Never go with this pg and it’s sister pg greenwood. Owner doesn’t abide by rules he had made for rents , deposits and leaving pg cases. At the time of entry he will be very polite but when you are leaving he doesn’t even listen what say. Also if have not deposit receipt then he won’t give back deposit. He demands different prices for same sharing rooms. Just go for any other pg’s down the lane except these two.

Dont take this PG and there is another greenwood pg both are worst and owner is same.

Utkarsh Kumar Arya★★★★★Worst PG.. owner is very rude whenever you start logical conversation about rent or vacating room asking for deposit returns then don't even listen and always ready to fight... also he doesn't return deposit money on time...also if you want to vacate room in middle of month then he will charge for full month even if you told him 1 month prior. So there are two PG on that of same owner Star PG and Greenwood both are worst take any PG on that road except these two.

Meruva Naga Sai Sree Balaji★★★★★The owner is very rude and the rules on the board don't mean anything, he just says they are for show and he will do whatever he wants. He fights until the last minute you leave the room. He was about to give 1k less that the promised caution deposit if we didn't have the receipts. They will show you a great room with a nice cupboard, tv, laundry bucket etc... but the one you receive will have the worst iron almirah, no TV and empty as heck. He says he will get them from his warehouse and never does it. I didn't get curtains for a whole month, the room in the PG beside me used to leave his bathroom light on and i had to use my bedsheet as a curtain. If you came this far, I'll tell you there are much better PGs for the same price, and even then a PG for this price is not worth it. For a 2 sharing PG, anything over 7k is not worth it.
