Don’t take Colive pg for stay . Initial check in time sales will say something and rooms, facilities etc but nothing will as that. There will extra amount than discussed and agreed with sales person and that also they will put some random amount simply . Even customer will not help or resolve the issue. Even customer care is not reachable. After vacating during settlement they add some random amount which was not discussed or mentioned by sales person during check in time. If are trying to reach customer care they will ask us to create service request and the service request are not yet looked or solved properly by experts. We need to try multiple time to get the call to get connected with customer care as well. Attaching my ss what the sales person mentioned and what I got as settlement mail. If you choose Colive definitely your money will go.

U will never get hot water … even after multiple complaints register in Colive app Now it’s been 6 months here and for some reason the rent is just keep on increasing every month its not even constant it just keep on increasing month after month . Note - the rent is already way more than what the sales person promised from month 1. The colive bill generating is a scam .

Colive 1128 whitefield Don't book these property for stay. 1. There is lock-in period of 6 months. If you do not serve this period your deposit is not going to refund. 2. In any situation you hava to stay here for minimum 2 months. 3. Staff of property is rude they are not listen your problems because Colive doesn't give them salary on time. Staff will revenge this by not doing there work. 4. Don't believe in photo's that shows in site of Colive. 5. First see the property then book. 6. If your coming for 1 to 30 days this property will going to charge you double amount any cost by Hidden policies. 7. This place is not good for girls if you don't like smoking.... smell of smoking is there. 8. Don't trust on sales person. Don't do payments. Until and unless you seen the property. 9. Worst food . Washing machine not working. 10. Any time they can increase the rent.

It has been more than 1 year since I moved out of here. And still I have not got my security deposit refunded. The authorities want the rent by 10th of each month otherwise they initiate a vacating process and cut off the wifi, however when it comes to refund the security deposit, they hav to send some sort of cheque which has still not seen light of day in my case. BTW, they also deducted approx 2 - 3k from my security deposit for "Electricity Charges" for the next 3 months which makes no sense. The rent increased from approx 12k to 16k in a matter of 5 months. In short, don't stay here. If u need, try out other PG's or Apartments. Shoutout to Govindam Whitefield for a much better stay

I was a resident of Colive 1128 Alton, Whitefield, Bangalore, from January 2024. Due to a job change, I had to leave Bangalore in November. In accordance with the agreement policy, I officially vacated the premises in November after serving a one-month notice period. As per Colive’s rules, I still had to pay rent for December, despite the fact that my room was empty for the entire month. According to Colive’s app, my notice period was set to end on December 31, 2024. Nevertheless, I handed over the key and access card to the in-charge at the property before leaving. However, starting in January, Colive has continued to add rent under my name. Now, in mid-February, they are threatening me with legal action—despite the fact that I have cleared all my dues. This is unacceptable. Moreover, I noticed irregularities in the rent charges. Every month, the rent fluctuated by ₹1,000–₹2,000 with additional arbitrary charges. When I reached out for clarification, the customer support team failed to provide a proper response.

Worst PG in the city. Colive has found a clean way to scam people who are new to city. No hot water, no maintenance ,nothing. Spend your money wisely. Scam alert ⚠️, 1) I lived here for 2 months, Every penny I spent to pay them is of complete wastage. They looted my security deposit also. They will not receive the call once you vacate. So, don’t fall for this scam. They took security deposit with that my maintenance fee even though I paid it in the beginning. They’ll not return your money. It’s been 2 months since I vacated this worst PG , still I didn’t get any replies or even my money back. Google should give an option to give 0 starts rating even that is not enough for this bad PG 2) The people who has given 5 star are the people working in Colive, they don’t know anything about how it feels being lived in this worst PG

Trash app and trash service, no proper facilities in the property and once the sales person onboards you after that they just stop contacting you regarding any help. Trash invoicing system. Unnecessary amount of services added to the invoices that is not even availed. This company should be sued.

Worst ever colive in Whitefield and bangalore. Managers are not supportive at all. Servant behaves as if he is the owner. No manners to servant as well. They do not give more than 2 chapati to single person. Servant eat almost everything. No cleaning, no hot water, no electricity. Everything is worst.
