Had an amazing time learning to surf for the first time but, the coordinators and staff from Mambo Jambo were not friendly or helpful when needed. More like they're not qualified enough to provide an everlasting experience or hospitality.The food was good but could've been more nutritious since they provide only one meal.I do recommend trying other surf clubs in Mulki for a better overall experience and hospitality. The guys here have the audacity to take up their job without knowing how to communicate with tourists. :)) Only the surfing guides were good!

I had a disappointing experience with the booking process. I tried reaching out for nearly four hours to book a class for the next day, but there was no response on WhatsApp despite multiple follow-ups. When I finally managed to connect after getting free from catching a bus, I was instead blamed for the delay-even though my delay was only about an hour. Earlier, I was informed that I could complete the booking by tonight, but later the slot was denied. The experience felt unorganized and unnecessarily stressful. I strongly suggest streamlining the booking and communication process to avoid such confusion for customers.

My experience with this surf course was extremely disappointing due to poor coordination and unprofessional behavior from the coordinator, Neha. There was clear favoritism towards people staying in the hostel, who were given the best surfing time slots and better treatment, while those of us staying outside were treated like outsiders. Communication was disorganized and often rude. The most frustrating part was being asked to travel nearly 15 km just to collect the course certificate, when it could easily have been sent to the surf shack where the lessons were conducted. Overall, the management showed poor planning, partiality, and a complete lack of respect for participants’ time and effort.

I had a mixed experience with this surfing school. We had booked the course almost a month in advance and had specifically asked about accommodation as well. At that time, we were informed that their stay facilities were under maintenance, so we had to arrange accommodation elsewhere. However, during the course, it became very clear that students staying in their hostels were given priority over those who weren’t. We often felt sidelined despite having booked well in advance. Important amenities such as the ice bath and other facilities were not made available to us, and they even refused to provide certificates after completing the course. Overall, the experience was good about surfing. The trainers are very professional and they make sure we get good experience.I hope the management works on treating all students other wise it was a good experience.

My overall experience with MamboJambo Surf School was good. While booking, we were told that only brunch would be provided. One feedback about the food is that it could have been a little more nutritious with salad or chapathis apart from just rice, dal and a curry. However, the surfing experience was awesome and all the instructors were very friendly and professional. The stay was clean and well maintained and the amenities were good. Hot water facility and washing machines weren't there in the old hostel. Furthermore, the hospitality was okayish, volunteers were not very friendly or approachable. There was miscommunication between us and the coordinators which led to a little bit of confusion. So there are definitely some things to be improved for a better experience.

Had a great experience with Surf instructors, they were super sweet, supportive and made the session awesome! (Ajesh and Ranjith were best). The stay was clean, common area was lively, food was good, overall it was positive experience except for the vibe from the coordinator (Faiz) and photographer- they could chill with their attitudes a bit, we’re not in a boarding school, just here to learn surf with respect 😅

An amazing place to learn surfing, their instructors observe each person's performance and help them rectify the mistakes. Because of this I was able to learn and became confident to surf in 3 days. The vibe of the place is amazing, filled with so much energy and fun people who come here. The hosts are friendly and chill. Definately coming back here to get better at surfing and to chill with these people.

One of the best week of my life I spent here Great Surfing school without a doubt. Very good instructors and always helpful I didn't came to know when the whole week past. Will comeback again for sure One more thing is surfing is main agenda but Daily meeting new people, talking, laughing wand enjoying your with complete strangers who are now friends Thank you so much Neha for making this possible Forgot to mention the food at the dorms are very very yummy 🤤🤤😋 If you're planning solo trip doesn't matter your age or gender mambojambo is one of the best place in mulki Must give a try One star deducted because my photos taken were not satisfactory because of some miscommunication.
