This blunder by "Shree Venkateswar PG for Gents" occurred between 14th May to 20th July, 2024. I was sharing a room with an another guy, from 14th June, I wanted to shift in a single sharing room, as disturbances caused by the roommate was hell chaotic. On 15th June, I shifted to the single room and was ready to pay for the whole month. But, I couldn't sleep the whole night, my body turned out to be red due to bed bugs. The next day, I did told the PG owner, to kindly put me to the room where I was previously staying. He did charged me 3x amount (where x= per day cost of a single room) just for that particular day. What was the reason? He says there are tax laws, that we follow. Further, I did shift back to the double sharing room and paid for extra six days as I wanted to check out on 20th. Their rental system is that we have to pay the advance amount which is fixed and whatever the rent amount is, once you are checking out, the balance amount is being paid to you after deducting the rent amount from it. Moreover, these hypocrites haven't paid the complete balance amount yet. What's the reason? We follow some stupid tax laws. Even if they follow tax laws, they have made their mon

Worth giving 0 star, while joining he'll say 24 hours water, but after 9Am you won't get water in any tap, he'll say unlimited food, but the food is very limited, no option to take in box also, we have to clean our own room, hot water facility is worse, bathroom is very smelly and infectious as there's no water, he'll say wifi, but no signal, we have to drink tap water, there is no purifier, no washing machine. All these for paying so much amount. Frustrated to join this PG, please don't join this PG .

Never ever make a mistake by joining this worst pg....the owner will manipulate in a way that you'll join it but there's no proper toilet,no door, food is worst & owner will tell you 5500 includes food room wifi water everything but later he'll come to you & he'll ask extra 2000 for food but don't fall for his words....when I saw the toilets I felt like vomiting 🤮.......if you guys don't trust me then go and ask the boys staying over there or check the pg properly before paying a single penny otherwise don't join. The owner charged 400/- just I kept my bags in frnd room

Worst PG..... Don't expect the return of your caution deposit while you are vacating. They will make some excuses not to refund your deposit amount... I stayed there for 15 days during my last month of stay there,but they said they will charge for the whole month and refund only the balance amount. I have not recived any amount so far. I've heard the guy stayed in next room arguing with the owner about the same issue while vacating. I think it's quiet common there. There will be a long que for bathing in the morning and many days there won't be water, rooms are made of temporary walls and the food served is insufficient for one ( sometimes they serve two dosas Or 3 idlis for for breakfast). Above all these matters the most inconvenience I felt was the rude and arrogant behaviour of the owner/manager ( I don't know exactly what he is) when it came to refund the deposit.

I have stayed for two months here, After the management taken by new owner, they have changed a lot compared to previous owner. They improved FOOD taste (BUT No wifi, No washing machine, No dustbins, No cleaning of rooms),. AND after vacating the PG, they didn't give the advance amount back(i.e.,in NOV). They paid only half of the amount and they told me and my friends (who stayed in this PG) that they will pay the remaining half in NEXT 20 days BUT till now they never paid ...!!.VERY DISGUSTING👊😞😐

2face headed, Roudy owner,idiyat, devil, don't have any cunsen. It is a worst and worst pg in the Rajajinagar. we stayed here for 1 month. Not at all any facilities here, and also high rent . The pg owner is irresponsible and when we ask about issues he couldn't solve and he talk very roudly. 😠😡THE VENKATESHWARA PG FACILITIES as follows; 1. poor water service. 2. taste less food.(twice per day and. sunday no food) 3.Bad maintenance . 4.No lights on toilet.

This PG is not worth even for one star but unfortunately google isn't allow me to review without giving a star.. Let me allow to tell about this PG 2-time food (implying that food is only provided twice a day) No food on Sundays Water timing is 7-9 am, and if you miss it, you won't get water the next day For one person, only 2 chapatis (flatbread) and some dal (lentil soup) are provided for dinner No hot water available WiFi only works on the first floor The washing machine is out of order Delay in returning the advance payment We said we'll vacate the place and gave a letter, but the owner's way of talking is totally different (unexpectedly rude or unacceptable)
