I had a very bad experience staying at Diamond Villa PG. I would not recommend this place to anyone. First of all, the owner is not trustworthy. They ask for advance rent but do not return it properly when you vacate. I felt cheated and disappointed with how they handled money matters. The food quality is extremely poor. It is not hygienic at all. There were even times when I found worms in the food, which was shocking and unacceptable. Cleanliness is clearly not maintained in the kitchen. Water quality is also not good, and overall hygiene in the PG is very low. The rooms and common areas are not properly cleaned, making it uncomfortable to stay. Overall, this PG is not worth the money. Poor management, unhygienic food, and irresponsible behavior from the owner make it a terrible place to stay.

Same food menu throughout the year. No change in menu. No sweet or non veg in the week. No washing machine and good drinking water facility. Maximum rice throughout out the week. Lift problem arises every month. No healthy food. Worm found many times in the food. No actions taken by management on kitchen department.

This PG is completely unacceptable in terms of basic living standards. Cleanliness is extremely poor — rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are not maintained at all, which raises serious hygiene concerns. The owner’s behavior is highly unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing issues, they respond disrespectfully and show no concern for residents. This kind of attitude is not acceptable for anyone running accommodation. Food quality is also very bad — tasteless, unhygienic, and not worth the money being charged. Overall, this place fails in cleanliness, management, and food. I strongly advise others to avoid this PG and look for better, more responsible options.

No good breakfast except friday to sunday beacuse they make poori, idly and dosa respectively.They don't provide launch and no non veg,they give you rice in the morning for launch which is not at all edible,most of them go for launch outside,I drink only coffee .. after drinking coffee in this pg i literally quit drinking coffee. And i saw previous reviews of RO drinking water by owner, come to pg and drink the water once you will come to know what kind of water is that and literally everyone in the pg gets the water from nearby water plant and even the cooks bring their own water. The only reason for me to stay in this pg is because rooms are good and maintained well.Nobody asks for luxury at least the basic amenities like drinking water and food should be good for the amount being charged. And telling people go to other pg or leave the pg isn't the right thing to say

I stayed in this Pg for 4 years. The earlier owner was good, kind-hearted and flexible but due to COVID the business took a hit and he discontinued. Since then building owner manages the PG. The new management is very keen on cost cutting. The food provided is pathetic with cheap quality ingredients being used for cost cutting; which will surely will take a toll on your heath in the long run.They never refund back your Security deposits; they always find excuses to not to return it back by giving lame reasons.

I stayed for almost 2 years and the maintenance was very bad I can say worst. No one cares about our problems always money minded. Pros: - Situated in nice area - Good parking area Cons: - Lots of bed bug (Check the pic attached) - No maintenance - No painting, No proper cleaning, - No washing machine, no place to wash other than bathroom - There will be queue in the morning, very less common bathrooms - Only two time food that also not eatable. I almost ate outside for 5 to 6 times in a week. - No individual TV in room, One TV on dining only

I stayed there almost 7 mnth in my opinion the pg is actually looking for kannadigas.Atleast a 7 months where I have stayed . .they said fud is pure veg According to them it was veg but they even don't know Paneer us veg .daily same style food they use,, cheap vegetable every time Room/ I stayed in partition room 3 members.for 2 members and 3 members has same rent i don't know what was the logic behind that.. some times I got some bite by buks we need to buy pillows from outside and if u want to sleep peacefully we need to buy bed also ..bed was almost done. Management They looking nice and lovely every month on 4 th day they will msg me. They will remember Ur payment is pending if we get late to pay they will start to call . Wifi/ This is the most important thing in there they have almost 4 floors each floor has one wifi modem i stayed 7 months in those 5 months wifi was complaint .so many times I called/msged them and got feel like they (mnjmmt )don't have an issues with them.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Parking / If I park my bike there next day the bike will start to walk itself and start to stay behind others vehicles ☺️😂😂 I didn't get any benifit of 5800 .room was ok 3 */5 F

Worst possible response. Manager has to bad attitude and doesn't know how to manage with customer in call. Outsiders are not allowed to see pg without payment. Parking is not there. Need to park vehicle outside. It is completely veg pg. It's hard to get your friend to pg.
