One of the worst PG in Bellandur...Owner and maintenance guy is not Good...If u go there it'll be like hell only...juz skip this PG...many said it's nice PG...in the PG there is no hyginity,rooms are not Spacious and most importantly Owner n maintenance guys are too bad...don't pay any money without looking at the rooms. If u did that u r finished u won't get that money even though u hv a emergency...it's Good skip this...

I'm giving this review after staying for 1.6 years in this PG. My experience with the PG owner regarding the return of my deposit has been disappointing. Despite meeting all requirements and leaving the property in good condition, the deposit has not been fully returned, as per the agreement. Food is okay, but low-maintenance. There was no proper lock for the room. The owner opens the room without our permission, and they paint. After that time, I lost my brand new shoes. They not refund the amount for my shoe's also.The owner is money-minded. If you choose this PG don't give an advance, they will not refund you for sure.

The pg was good, but the quality has reduced s lot over the year. The owner has become cash greedy and would not pay back the advance. He has stopped all facilities in thr pg like hot water, tv, wifi and fridge. STAY AWAY!!!

3BHK flats converted to PG. So rooms are more spacious than generic PGs. I stayed there for around 45 days in 2 sharing room. The only thing that bothered me was the dining space which was very filthy with a gut wrenching smell.
