Why the score — what people flag
“I stayed in this PG for 1 year and 7 months — mainly because the rent was low and I was out at the office most of the time. Cons: 1. Food: I never ate breakfast or lunch here, only dinner, as I was too tired to cook after work. They serve food in very small portions, and the staff will say, “Uncle said to give less.” When you join, they claim there’s a kitchen to cook in, but in reality, it’s just a shelf. You have to bring your own stove, gas, and every appliance (most PGs provide at least the basics). Even if you use an electric kettle to make Maggi, they’ll argue about the electricity bill. 2. Washing Machine: They allow washing clothes only once every 10 days, and even then, the machines often don’t work. Sometimes the workers remove your clothes before the cycle is over, and you have to argue just to use the machine again. 3. Electricity Backup: They say there’s power backup, but it’s only for one bulb — no plug points, no fan, no geyser, not even the water purifier. There were times when the electricity was gone for entire days and nights. 4. Maintenance: The owners take forever to fix anything. If your fan stops working (which happens often), they first blame you, then ”

Jasleen Kaur★★★★★PG owners are sweet and helpful. The PG has certain restrictions related to timings - it is suitable for student crowd more than working crowd. It's definitely a very safe and secure place to stay. It is not convenient if you have to be outside beyond 9:30 pm on a regular basis. The food provided is decent. Located near hennur cross is also an advantage.

Prathibha Pradeep★★★★★I stayed here for more than 1 year. It was absolutely comfortable and perfectly suited for students. The rent was low compared to other pgs.The uncle and aunty who run the pg was incredibly helpful The facilities are top‑notch: high‑speed Wi‑Fi, 24‑hour hot water, a fully stocked fridge, study tables, water purifiers, and washing machines. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the college campus and close to local eateries and a bus stop. Overall, I highly recommend this PG to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, and friendly place to stay.
