“Do not let the "luxury" marketing and glossy brochures fool you. Investing with this builder has been the single biggest financial mistake of my life. They are not builders; they are masters of the "bait and switch" who prioritize looting money over delivering a livable home. Here is the reality of what you get versus what they promise: 1) Lift claddings are made with MDF which will not last even 2 years. 2) UPVC windows in corridor has been replaced with cheap, flimsy metal pieces that look like they belong in a scrap yard, not a residential complex. 3) Doors in communication duct is made again with MDF, with poor fit and finish 4) Staircase Disaster: There is no tile or granite on the stairs—just concrete. When questioned, they shamelessly claim it’s a "concrete finish" aesthetic. It’s not an aesthetic; it’s a blatant refusal to spend money on basic finishes. 5) No concrete plan to finish the project. Never ending work and residents live in dusty environment. Fake ads and marketing is what they are interested in (may be capable of), instead of making any effort to improve. 6) Lots of issue on handed over units. “NEVER BUY A PROPERTY FROM THIS BUILDER — A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE This builder is utterly unprofessional and completely unreliable. There is zero planning, no competent workforce, and absolutely no commitment to timelines. Deadlines keep getting pushed endlessly, and promised amenities are still a distant dream. Even after the so-called 'handover', the condition of the flat is utterly unacceptable - no proper water or electricity connection, water leaking all over the washroom and kitchen, seepage damaging lower floors, and misaligned tiles. The worst of all, non-functional lifts continue to add to the daily frustration. Imagine having to wait 30 minutes just for a lift because there's only one operational lift for both residents and construction workers. This is a complete failure in basic handover standards and shows sheer negligence. The primary and most alarming concern is the complete lack of safety measures for all Unit 1 flats. If someone opens the washroom window and accidentally leans or slips out, they will fall straight to the ground floor — with zero chance of survival. “The building even after 5.8 years remains incomplete. This was marketed to be a premium amenity filled apartment. But the builder isn't delivering the quality as marketed. The pipes laid down in the washrooms are so brittle that they keep breaking and flooding the balconies, washrooms, flow through the study nooks, damaging your paint, wallpapers and furniture and the reply they give "This is normal". The building image in marketing and what is getting delivered misses the "premium part". False promises, after false promises is what these guys have been giving us so far. The building is in no shape or form near completion and every month the delivery time changes. The lifts don't work when you are in a hurry and the service lift is under Contruction from 4 months. There are three lifts and 1 service lift but only 2 can be used due to electricity restrictions, one lift has door constantly getting stuck at every floor while the other has a mind of its own and can skip and go to any floor. So at any given point in time if you haven't booked an appointment with the lift operator you would be waiting for the lift for good 15-20 minutes given the lift works at that time. Do note ever”

Delays - Already this project is running with significant delay (more than 1.5 yrs) without permanent electricity (BESCOM connection), GAIL connections yet. We have been told that it will arrive since last year. Amenities aren’t delivered as per sale promise and chopping and changing deliverables is being done without any consent from customers who paid for this project. For a high rise, there is only 2 functional lifts which have many issues that can cause any risk in an emergency. Service lift situation, god knows when it will happen? No signs/information about registration as well. 2. Quality - Quality is being tried to compromise in every aspect - water lines leakages, improper tile levelling and grouting, wooden cladding for lifts, the list can go on and on… Quality and finish isn’t priority which was promised to customers. 3. Poor customer grievance concerns - There are no meetings with customer to hear let alone act on those concerns. We have struggling with water issue in our flat since we moved in 3 months back and situation isn’t improving/resolved despite raising concerns. Facing dail”

Subhasis Sahu★★★★★15 November 2025: Consistent theme - Missing timelines to complete the project. No amenities available for the residents even after multiple false promises. Chasing the management team to schedule a meeting to address the concerns of residents but none of them seem to be interested. For high rise building, lift wait time is 15-20 mins during office hours. Horrible customer experience and no intent by builder to complete the project. It was sold as a premium property but the experience is substandard. Multiple leaked issues due to poor plumbing work and lack of water pressure for higher floors. Not worth the trouble if this condition continues. Brand Krishvi is getting tarnished with this project. Hope for more proactive actions and the management is able to get this to closure. Until then we live with these false promises. Older post - Having purchased a 3bhk as a first real estate investment, this surely has tested our patience. The project build quality has been good, however it has come at the cost of considerable timeline delay. I was due to get the flat by December 2023 as per the sales contract, but we are still a long way from getting it in liveable condition. As per the

Even with RERA’s 6-month grace, the final due date was June 2024—yet, as of March 2025, possession is nowhere in sight. The builder has failed multiple revised timelines, and discussions with management, especially their representative Padmini, have been frustrating and dismissive. Instead of solutions, buyers are met with responses like: • "We are ready to buy back at the booking amount, not at market price. Sell and exit if you want." • "Do whatever you can; we don’t care." Now, they demand final payments while only allowing interior work—not full possession, without OC and registration. Current Status (March 2025): • Electricity, Fire & Safety Approvals – April-end • Water – Approval pending • Gas – No ETA • Service Lift – June-end. • Passenger’s lift – Partially working one out of three. • OC & Registration – At least 4–5 months away • Building condition – Not livable. So if I need to move in I have to move in without registration and OC.It is still far from liveable condition. There is no eta about gas. Lift is not ready, electricity they said tentative April end. But given the past experience it’s a big question mark. The timeline keeps getting postponed. The only pros about this project so far is the the location.

Instead of placing anything properly, they keep throwing things from the morning and making noise. Builder should take care of this. Update after recent comment from Krishvi. Thanks for your comment but I hope it would be great if someone act also on that. Nowadays it’s even more worst, labor keep hammering till 9pm in night. Very bad management

Almost 2 years and just G+1 floor, I mean wow, forget about 36 floors. There has been a metal cutting workshop running in the basement which is utterly disturbing and just a handful of labourers, who the whole day beautifully keep stacking the construction materials, so basically an open hardware place. Why don't you guys just pack up and leave. Good luck to the owners at Krishvi BLV Statura.

Due to the negligence of Krishvi engineers the compound wall of Salarpuria East Crest was collapsed more than a half year back, we were given the commitment that the demolished wall shall be restored as per the standards of Salarpuria. Despite persistent follow ups from Salarpuria, Krishvi is not bothered to revive the damage done to the neighbours, and this shall further raise the appreciation on their quality of work. Think wisely before you invest...
